بازطراحی نظام مرغداری نوین با رویکرد دستیابی به غذای طیب(براساس یک تجربه زیسته)

اهمیت و تاثیر غذا بر ابعاد مختلف جسمی و روحی انسان قابل انکار نیست. از این رو در دنیای امروز، علاوه بر مطرح شدن امنیت غذایی، می توان شاهد طرح مباحثی همچون امنیت تغذیه ای نیز بود که علاوه بر توجه به حجم غذا بر کیفیت آن نیز متمرکز است. مطرح شدن مفهوم طیب در سطحی فراتر از حلال که از خاستگاهی دینی سرچشمه گرفته است، نشان از اهمیت این امر در آموزه های الهی دارد. امروزه، مرغ یکی از کالاهای پرمصرف در زندگی ایرانیان است که البته شیوه تولید، میزان مصرف و سایر مسائل مربوط به آن همواره محل چالش و بررسی بوده است. در این پژوهش که با رویکرد تحلیلی - توصیفی و با بهره گیری از دلالت های یک تجربه زیسته در امر تولید مرغ انجام شده، علاوه بر واکاوی ابعاد گوناگون این امر، نکاتی کاربردی جهت بازطراحی نظام مرغداری نوین با رویکرد دستیابی به غذای طیب ارائه شده است. آموزه های این پژوهش را می توان در سطوح گوناگون نژاد، تغذیه، محیط پرورش و کشتار مرغ مورد استفاده قرار داد.

redesigning the new poultry system with the approach of achieving tayyib food (based on a lived experience)

the importance and impact of food on various physical and mental dimensions of man can not be denied. therefore, in today s world, in addition to food security, we can see issues such as food security, which in addition to paying attention to the volume of food is also focused on its quality. the introduction of the concept of tayyib on a level beyond the halal, which has its origins in religion, shows the importance of this in the divine teachings. today, chicken is one of the most consumed goods in the life of iranians, but of course the method of production, consumption and other related issues have always been a place of challenge and study.in this research, which has been done with an analytical-descriptive approach and using the implications of a lived experience in poultry production, in addition to analyzing the various dimensions of this matter, practical points for redesigning the new poultry system with the approach of obtaining good food have been presented. the teachings of this research can be used at different levels of breed, nutrition, breeding environment and chicken slaughter.
