کودهای شیمیایی و غذای سالم

مهمترین ماده غذایی برای افزایش عملکرد محصولات زراعی، مصرف کودهای شیمیایی می­باشد. بطوری­که کشاورزان بر این باورند که با افزایش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی عملکرد نیز افزایش می­یابد. لذا اگر مدیریت اخلاق مدارانه مصرف کودهای شیمیایی صورت نگیرد و مصرف بی­رویه و بیش از نیاز ضروری و بالاتر از استانداردهای مجاز آلایندگی صورت بگیرد، با وجود افزایش کمی عملکرد محصول، قطعا از نظر کیفی پیامدها و خطرات جدی برای سلامت انسان، دام و محیط زیست ایجاد خواهد کرد. برای کاهش اثرات مضر و نامطلوب کودهای شیمیایی، علاوه بر تشویق و دانش­افزایی کشاوزران نسبت به تولیدات ارگانیک با قیمت فروش بالاتر و کنترل زیان­های پنهان، مخرب و مرگبار مصرف بالای کود شیمیایی، تسهیلات ویژه­ای را برای دسترسی به کودهای غیرشیمیایی مثل کودهای آلی، کودهای زیستی و کودهای نانو فراهم کرد. لذا باید درجهت افزایش کمی و کیفی محصولات زراعی بدون عوارض زیانبار، تامین امنیت غذایی جهان با آگاهی دادن به کشاورز و تبیین جایگاه با ارزش کشاورز برای تضمین سلامت زیست­بوم و افراد جامعه، یک اکوسیستم سالم و اخلاق مدار را بوجود آورد.
