مقایسه تاثیر آموزش مجازی با آموزش حضوری بر عملکرد دانش آموزان

با گسترش روز افزون تکنولوژی و افزایش جمعیت استفاده از آموزش مجازی در سراسر دنیا بیشتر شده است. با این حال استفاده از این نوع آموزش مخالفان و موافقان خود را داراست. هدف از این پژوهش پاسخ به این سوال است که کدام آموزش می‌تواند تاثیر گذاری بهتری داشته باشد و جایگزین نحوه آموزش گردد. روش این تحقیق سنتز پژوهی می‌باشد. در طی فرآیند این روش بیش از 10 مقاله بررسی شدند اما آنهایی که کیفیت لازم و ارتباط کافی با عنوان مقاله را داشتند غربالگری شدند و بعد از کد گذاری باز، محوری، گزینشی، مفاهیم و مقوله ها استخراج شدند و در نهایت بر اساس این مولفه‌های استخراج شده الگویی رسم شد که مقایسه دو روش آموزشی و عملکرد آنها را نشان می‌دهد. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش آموزش مجازی مزایای بیشتری نسبت به آموزش حضوری دارد. همچنین آموزش مجازی تاثیر گذاری بیشتری بر عملکرد دانش آموزان و دانشجویان نسبت به آموزش حضوری داشته است. در نتیجه آموزش مجازی در مقایسه با آموزش حضوری عملکرد بهتری دارد و هم تعداد دانش آموز بیشتری را می‌توان پشتیبانی کرد اما مدارس به تنهایی نمی‌توانند اهداف آموزشی را با آموزش مجازی تکمیل کنند و نیازمند آموزش تلفیقی (آموزش مجازی و حضوری) می‌باشند.

with the increasing development of technology and increasing population, the use of virtual education has increased all over the world. however, using this type of training has its pros and cons. the purpose of this research is to answer the question of which education can have a better effect and replace the way of education. the method of this research is research synthesis. during the process of this method, more than 10 articles were reviewed, but those that had the necessary quality and sufficient connection with the title of the article were screened and after open, central, selective coding, concepts and categories were extracted and finally based on these components extracted, a pattern was drawn that shows the comparison of two educational methods and their performance. according to the findings of this research, virtual education has more advantages than face-to-face education. also, virtual education has had a greater impact on the performance of students than face-to-face education. as a result, virtual education has a better performance compared to face-to-face education and more students can be supported, but schools alone cannot complete the educational goals with virtual education and need integrated education (virtual and face-to-face education).
