عوامل موثر بر کارآمدی معلم در فضای مجازی

در جهان کنونی که به عصر ارتباطات شهرت یافته، فناوری اطلاعات و به دنبال آن فضای مجازی تمامی عرصه‌های مختلف زندگانی انسان را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. درگذشته نه‌چندان دور برای آموزش از شیوه‌های سنتی استفاده می‌شد که سالیان دراز در نگاه معلمان و دانش‌آموزان همین روش از کارآمدی برخوردار بود، این شیوه محدودیت‌های زمانی و مکانی داشت و هیچ ارتباطی جز در مدرسه برای دانش‌آموزان میسر نبود؛ بنابراین پس از شیوع بیماری کرونا، فضای آموزشی تحت تاثیر محیط جدید قرار گرفت؛ از این روی مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی، عوامل کارآمدی معلم در فضای مجازی را بررسی کرده است. نتایج پژوهش بیان گر آن است که لازمه‌ی داشتن تدریس مجازی کارآمد، دانش تخصصی، آشنایی با فناوری اطلاعات، روش تدریس و ارزشیابی شایسته و بایسته است.

factors affecting teacher efficiency in cyberspace

in today s world known as the age of communication, information technology, followed by cyberspace, has affected all different areas of human life. in the not-so-distant past, traditional methods were used for teaching, which for many years were effective in the eyes of teachers and students. this method had time and space limitations and no communication was possible for students except at school; therefore, after the outbreak of coronary heart disease, the educational environment was affected by the new environment; therefore, the present article has investigated the teacher efficiency factors in cyberspace with a descriptive-analytical method. the results of the research indicate that the need for efficient virtual teaching, specialized knowledge, familiarity with information technology, teaching methods and evaluation is appropriate and necessary
