تاثیر میزان آگاهی معلمان از دانش برنامه ریزی درسی بر عملکرد آنان

آموزش از اموری است که عوامل متعددی در حصول نتیجه آن تاثیرگذار است. معلمان می بایستی به دانش های گوناگونی مسلط باشند که بتوانند بهترین عملکرد را از خود به منصه ظهور رسانند. دانش برنامه ریزی درسی یکی از این موارد می باشد که می تواند به معلمان در این امر خطیر کمک کند. به همین منظور با توجه به اهمیت موضوع در این تحقیق به بررسی تاثیر آگاهی معلمان از برنامه ریزی درسی بر عملکرد آنان پرداخته شد. روش تحقیق از نوع کتابخانه ای می باشد که با بررسی منابع معتبر و مرتبط در این زمینه انجام شد. در پایان پس از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات گردآوری شده نتیجه شد که برنامه ریزی درسی همواره بین دو عامل معلم و دانش آموز در تعلیم و تربیت رابطه برقرار می کند و می توان از آن به منزله ی قلب نظام تعلیم و تربیت و ابزاری در جهت تحقق اهداف آموزش و پرورش یاد کرد. نگاه عمیق به تعلیم و تربیت و توجه به نقش معلم و برنامه ریزی درسی در تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی مهم ترین اصل اساسی در پیشبرد اهداف این پژوهش بوده است و این امر محدود به مدرسه نمی باشد و می بایستی تمامی جامعه در تحقق این امر دست به دست یکدیگر بدهند.
