مناظره حضرت موسی (ع) با فرعون؛ ارائه نمونه کاربردی و آموزشی جهت مواجهه با بزهکارانِ خشن و تعلیم و هدایت گری آنان

تعلیم و تربیت مهمترین عنصر فرهنگ ساز جامعه است، به همین سبب خداى سبحان به قلم و آنچه با قلم مى‏نویسند سوگند یاد کرده است. اصل اساسی در هدایتگری، آشنایی با طریقه مواجهه با انسان های متفاوت و مخاطب شناسی است. موفقیت انبیاء و اولیاء الله علی رغم توفیق الهی، شناخت روحیاتِ مخاطب و درک شرایط زمانه و در نهایت کاربست موعظه حسنه و جدال حسنه بوده است. یکی از معضلاک جامعه کنونی وجود بزهکارانِ خشن در جامعه و رساندن آسیب به سلامت روانی و اجتماعی مردم جامعه است در حالی که قرآن به عنوان نسخه شفا بخش فرا زمانی و مکانی متضمّنِ نوع برخورد اولیای الهی با بزهکاران و طغیان گران زمان خودشان می باشد و در این راستا بهترین نسخه برای مواجهه با بزهکاران خشن است. به همین سبب پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و ابزار گردآوری کتابخانه‌ای- استنادی و سطح تحلیلِ تحلیل محتوا به دنبال پاسخ به این سوالات است که نوعِ مواجهه حضرت موسی (ع) با فرعون چگونه بود و آیا این مواجهه می تواند چارچوب اصولی برای برخورد با بزهکاران خشن داشته باشد؟ یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که براساس سیاق آیاتِ مواجهه موسی (ع) با فرعون برای بزهکارانِ خشن، اول باید متولیان مربوطه آموزش های لازم را گذرانده و امکانات مناسب را در اختیار داشته باشند. مهمترین اصل در مواجهه، کاربست قول لیّن است که اولین ثمره اش پند پذیرفتن و خشیت داشتنِ مخاطب است. مصادیق قول لیّن در مکالمه های موسی (ع) با فرعون تعبیر «رَبِّکَ»، «وَ السَّلامُ عَلى‏ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الْهُدى» و تهدید غیر مستقیم است. در مواجهه با بزهکارانِ خشن باید از تعبیراتی مشترک مثل «جامعه مون، امنیتمون، پدر و مادرمون و .....» برای همدلی استفاده کرد و در ضمن استفاده نکات پر مغز و دلسوزانه به کار بست تا حین آگاهی بخشی، حس عاطفی او را تحریک کرد و فرصت برای پند پذیری باشد.

education is the most important element of society s culture, that s why god almighty has sworn by the pen and what they write with the pen. the basic principle in guiding is familiarity with the way of dealing with different people and audience knowledge. despite god s success, the success of the prophets and saints of god was knowing the moods of the audience and understanding the conditions of the time and finally using good preaching and good arguments. one of the problems of today s society is the existence of violent criminals in the society and harming the mental and social health of the people of the society, while the quran is a transtemporal healing prescription and a place that includes the way the divine saints dealt with the criminals and rebels of their time. and in this regard, it is the best version to deal with violent criminals. for this reason, the current research with the descriptive-analytical method and the tool of library-citation collection and the level of analysis of content analysis seeks to answer these questions, what was the type of encounter of prophet moses (pbuh) with pharaoh and whether this encounter can be a basic framework for dealing with violent criminals? the findings of the research indicate that based on the context of the verses of moses (pbuh) s confrontation with pharaoh for violent criminals, the relevant custodians must first undergo the necessary training and have the appropriate facilities at their disposal. the most important principle in confrontation is the application of lin s words, the first fruit of which is to accept advice and respect the audience. examples of lin s words in the conversations of moses (pbuh) with pharaoh are the expression rabbi , and peace be upon those who follow god and indirect threats. in the face of violent criminals, one should use common expressions such as our society, our security, our parents, and... for empathy, and at the same time, use thoughtful and compassionate points to raise awareness and his emotional sense. provoked and the opportunity to be admonished.
