سواد اطلاعاتی، حکم پایه ی یادگیری مادام العمر در آموزش و پرورش و نظام برنامه ریزی درسی

ظهور جامعه ی اطلاعاتی که انسان در آستانه ی ورود به آن قرار دارد، بزرگ ترین تحول اخیر تاریخ تمدن محسوب می شود. عصری که در آن، اطلاعات، قدرت است. موجی که تاثیر آن همه ی ابعاد زندگی انسان را در بر می گیرد و در این بین، تحول آموزش و پرورش، به دلیل وظیفه ی حساس تربیت نیروی انسانی، شاخص مهم توسعه ی عصر کنونی، اهمیت ویژه ای یافته و همواره مورد توجه محافل علمی و فرهنگی قرار گرفته است.در این مقاله، پس از اشاره به پدیدایی جامعه ی اطلاعاتی و تحول پاره ای از مفاهیم مرتبط با آموزش و پرورش، به بررسی مفهوم سواد، متناسب با زندگی در این دوره پرداخته ایم و ضمن اشاره به برخی وظایف آموزش و پرورش در جهت تطبیق با نیازهای جهان امروز، از جمله سوادآموزی اطلاعاتی در حکم پایه ی یادگیری مادام العمر، الزام استفاده از روش یادگیری فعال برای دستیابی به اهداف جامعه ی اطلاعاتی را نیز یادآوری می کنیم. در پایان، به این نتیجه خواهیم رسید که الزام پذیرش تحقق جامعه ی اطلاعاتی، ضرورت همگام شدن با تحول در عرصه ی آموزش و پرورش، رعایت اصل عدالت آموزشی و استفاده از امکانات فناوری و دسترسی همگان به اطلاعات به مثابه یک حق و بسیاری مسائل دیگر، ضرورت بازنگری در اهداف و سیاست های آموزش و پرورش را در سطح کلان و خرد به منظور هم سو ساختن برنامه های جامعه ی اطلاعاتی قطعی می سازد و از آنجا که جامعه اطلاعاتی دارای طرحی یکسان برای همگان است، دستیابی به آموزش یکسان و بهره گیری از امکانات مساوی در سایه ی نظام برنامه ریزی درسی متمرکز از پاره ای جهات، دست یافتنی تر خواهد بود.

the emergence of the information society that man is about to enter is the greatest recent development in the history of civilization. an age in which information is power. a wave that affects all aspects of human life, and in the meantime, the evolution of education, due to the sensitive task of training human resources, an important indicator of the development of the present age, has gained special importance and is always considered by scientific circles. and is culturally located. in this article, after referring to the emergence of the information society and the evolution of some concepts related to education, we have examined the concept of literacy, appropriate to life in this period, and while pointing to some tasks of education in order to adapt to the needs of today s world, including information literacy as the basis of lifelong learning, also remind us of the need to use active learning methods to achieve the goals of the information society. in the end, we will conclude that the obligation to accept the realization of the information society, the need to keep pace with change in education, the principle of educational justice and the use of technology and access to information as a right and many other issues reaffirms the need to review education goals and policies at the macro and micro levels in order to align information society programs and because the information society has the same plan for all, achieving the same education and equal opportunities in the shadow of a centralized curriculum planning system will be in some ways more achievable.
