چکیده    Corrosion has received much attention in recent years due to its harmful consequences. corrosion is known as a spontaneous thermodynamic process. several anti-corrosion mechanisms such as cathodic protection, anodic inactivation, barrier, and inhibitor protect the substrate depending on the type of material, limitations, conditions, and corrosion environment. corrosion smart coatings can simultaneously advance several anti-corrosion mechanisms to protect their substrates. epoxy nanocomposite smart coatings along with porous nanoparticles such as metal-organic frameworks (mofs), covalent organic frameworks (cofs), and zeolites have been able to make significant advances in the corrosion basin. the effect of any porous nanoparticles can vary in corrosion. in this paper, studies conducted in the field of epoxy nanocomposite coatings with porous nanoparticles were collected and the effect of porous materials in epoxy coatings was evaluated.
