چکیده    Eco-friendly self-healing nanocoatings using biodegradable polymers offer a sustainable solution for corrosion protection, addressing both environmental and economic concerns. this paper explores the development and feasibility of these coatings, particularly focusing on their application in non-advanced countries. through an extensive literature review, we analyze the mechanisms of self-healing nanocoatings, the role of biodegradable polymers, and their specific benefits in various industries. the findings indicate that biodegradable polymers, such as polylactic acid (pla) and polycaprolactone (pcl), provide effective corrosion protection while minimizing environmental impact. moreover, the accessibility and cost-effectiveness of these materials make them suitable for implementation in countries with limited resources. this study highlights the potential of eco-friendly self-healing nanocoatings to revolutionize corrosion protection globally and suggests directions for future research to further enhance their application.
