چکیده    The jig device is a popular gravity-based technique for increasing low-grade minerals or removing precious minerals from tailings. the mn recovery was examined in this study using design expert 13 software. four factors and three levels were used to plan the taguchi l9 approach. the particle size, water flow rate, jig machine frequency, and bullet weight in the jig were all considered in this investigation. the results of the inquiry into the impact of water flow rate on frequency in the designated particle size range show that the amount of manganese retrieved decreases as the weight of the ingested bullet increases. increasing the particle size from +1 to -4 mm to +1 to 10 mm reduced mn recovery due to the effect of particle size on the water flow rate at the specified frequency. the manganese recovery rate increased as particle size decreased, according to the effect of particle size on frequency at water flow rates of 3, 6, and 10 liters per minute, respectively. in the taguchi experimental design, the manganese recovery rate is l9. experiment number eight had the highest manganese recovery rate at 92.05 percent, but experiment number six was the lowest at 82.75 percent. the highest manganese grade in test number seven is 12.83 percent, and the lowest manganese grade is 7.44 percent in test number six.
