نحوه تشکیل اتحادیه صغیر خوانین جنوب در سال 1325ش/1946م با تاکید بر نقش فتح اله خان حیات داودی (بر اساس اسناد نویافته ساواک)

دهه 1320 ش از جمله ادوار مهم و پرتلاطم تاریخ معاصر ایران محسوب می‌شود. این مقطع زمانی مصادف با تحولات و رویدادهای پرمخاطره‌ای در سطح بین‌المللی و در داخل کشور بوده است. یکی از رخدادهای شایان‌توجه این دوره شکل‌گیری قیام مسلحانه‌ چندین اتحادیه‌ تجزیه‌طلب، فرقه‌ای و عشایری در نقاطی از کشور بوده که برای مدتی توانستند کنترل سیاسی و امنیّتی چندین استان بزرگ را به‌دست‌ گیرند، بنابراین بررسی ماهیت، اهداف و بازیگران این حرکت‌های پرچالش می‌تواند ابعاد ناشناخته‌ دیگری از تاریخ معاصر ایران را به‌خوبی روشن سازد. بر همین مبنا، مسئله پژوهش حاضر بررسی و مطالعه اهداف و اقدامات اتحادیه‌ صغیر خوانین جنوب به رهبری فتح‌اله خان حیات‌داودی در سال 1325 ش است.پرسش این است که زمینه‌ها، علل، عوامل و چرایی شکل‌گیری این اتحادیه چه بوده و به چه سرانجامی رسید؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تشکیل اتحادیه و حرکت مسلحانه آن ‌یک طرح ملی و برنامه‌ریزی‌شده توسط دولت مرکزی بوده که به‌منظور مقابله با اقدامات تجزیه‌طلبانه‌ حزب توده و فرقه دموکرات آذربایجان در شمال‌غرب کشور اجرایی می‌شد. پس از سرکوب فرقه‌ مذکور و آزادسازی مناطق اشغالی، سران اتحادیه در تعامل با دولت قوام‌السلطنه و با تحقق برخی از خواسته‌هایشان با عقب‌نشینی و تحویل سلاح‌های غنیمتی به ارتش، مورد عفو عمومی قرار گرفتند. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌گیری از اسناد آرشیوی ساواک به رشته تحریر درآمده است.

the period of 1320s is considered as an important era of iran’s contemporary history with lots of turbulence. plentiful number of remarkable national and international events distinguishes this time section. during this decade some parts of the country witnessed the formation and evolution of several separatist, sectarian and tribal armed risings and unions. consequently these groups could successfully take a few vast territories under their control for a while. therefore investigating the entity, objectives and agents of the mentioned challenging movements can light up some unknown angles of iran’s contemporary history and especially the era of mohammad reza shah. accordingly this research tries to find out the intentions and activities of minor union of southern landlords led by fath allah khan hayat davoudi in 1325. finding out the reasons, factors and backgrounds of the formation of the union makes up the main question of the survey. study findings which are achieved by the newly found documents approve that this armed rising was not a real nationalist movement and basically was designed by the central government in order to confront the separatist manoeuvres by the toudeh party and democrat communion supported by soviet union in north west of country. when the other sects were suppressed and the occupied territories were evacuated, the southern unions in cooperation with qavam’s cabinet, retreated and after delivering the weapons, the lords were forgiven. this research follows descriptive_ analytic method and library resources and archived documents of savak were applied to accomplish the survey.
