روند انتخابات مجلس شورای ملی در دهۀ 1340 تا 1350 شمسی (مطالعه موردی کرمانشاه)

دهۀ 1340ش. با توجه به تغییر و تحولاتی که در ارکان اقتصادی، اجتماعی و مناسبات سیاسی کشور به وجود آمد، حائز اهمیت فراوانی است. با آغاز اصلاحات، واکنش بین دولت، ملت و به‌ویژه علما تشدید و آنان در مقابل پروژه های اصلاحی از خود مقاومت نشان دادند. انتخابات این دوره هم‌زمان با تحولات مزبور به‌وقوع پیوست. استان کرمانشاه واقع در غرب کشور نیز تحت تاثیر این وقایع و تحولات در انتخابات سهیم شد و چون یکی از شهرهای وسیع و دارای اراضی گسترده بود محل بسیار مناسبی برای انجام تبلیغات دولتی به‌حساب آمد. تحقیق حاضر، نگاه تازه ای به دورنمای انتخابات مجلس شورای ملی در شهر کرمانشاه با توجه به وضعیت و کنشگران اصلی این شهر دارد. این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و تکیه‌بر منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه ای، به واکاوی وضعیت سیاسی و اجتماعی انتخابات در کرمانشاه پرداخته و درصدد پاسخ به این سوال است که روند انتخابات مجلس شورای ملی در کرمانشاه، به چه صورت بوده است. به نظر می آید در این برهه، اصلاح و انقلاب قابل‌توجهی در برگزاری انتخابات نه‌تنها در حوزۀ کرمانشاه، که در سایر حوزه های کشور نیز ایجاد نشد و به‌موازات تغییر شکل بندی اقتصادی و اجتماعی جامعه، نمایندگانی وابسته و از حزب خاصی از این حوزۀ انتخابیه به مجلس راه یافتند.

the process of the national assembly elections in the decade of 1340 to 1350 (case study of kermanshah)

elections in the 1340s took place at the same time as various developments in iran. these reforms were proposed under the title of white revolution and many conflicts between the government, the nation and especially the scholars followed. kermanshah province, located in the west of the country, also participated in the elections under the influence of these developments, and because it was one of the large cities with vast lands, it was considered a very suitable place for government propaganda. the current research has a new look at the outlook of the parliamentary elections in kermanshah city, considering the situation and the main activists of this city, which is the subject of this article. using the descriptive-analytical method and referring to authentic documents, this article analyzes the political and social situation of the elections in kermanshah and tries to answer the nature of the factors involved in the holding of the national assembly elections in the decade of reforms? the findings show that, at this time, a significant reform and revolution in the matter of holding elections not only in kermanshah district, which was not established in other districts of the country, and parallel to the economic and social transformation of the society, affiliated representatives and a certain party entered the parliament from this constituency.
