تحلیل نقش و جایگاه بانوان در ایجاد و استمرار تمدن اسلامی بر اساس حقوق شرعی آنان

یکی از حوزه‌های مورد نقد به تمدن‌اسلامی در حوزه حقوق زنان است. حقوق زنان در تمدن‌اسلامی پیش و بیش از هر تمدن دیگری به رسمیت شناخته شده و این شیوه احقاق حق الگویی برای بسیاری از منشورهای حقوق بشری کنونی شده است. بنابراین فرایند جامعه‌سازی در جهان اسلام بر پایه تسهیم کردن زنان در مسایل مختلف، پیشینه‌ای طولانی دارد و بر همین اساس هدف این پژوهش تحلیلی بر فرایند جامعه‌سازی تمدنی در جهان اسلام بر اساس حقوق زنان است. روش بررسی این پژوهش کیفی و اسنادی است که در آن محقق اسناد پژوهشی معتبر مانند آیات و روایات به عنوان مبنای تمدن‌سازی در اسلام را مورد واکاوی و تحلیل قرار می‌دهد و بر اساس بهره‌گیری از آیات قرآن کریم، روایات و احادیث و همچنین تفسیرهای مرتبط با این آیات و روایات نتایج و تفاسیر ارایه شده است. یافته‌‌های این بررسی نشان داده است که تمدن‌اسلامی به عنوان یکی از قدیمی‌ترین رویکردهای قابل اعتماد، همواره نگاه مثبتی به حق زنان در عرصه‌‌های مختلف داشته است. بررسی اسنادی حقوق زنان در شریعت اسلام نشان می‌دهد که تمدن‌اسلامی منشا حقوق زنان بوده و بر اساس رویکردهای حاکم بر این تمدن که مبنایی قرآنی و شریعتی دارد، اسلام به زنان حقوق سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و علمی می‌دهد و متقابلاً این حقوق باعث جامعه‌سازی تمدنی در اسلام شده است.

analysis of the role and position of women in the creation and continuation of islamic civilization based on their shariah rights

one of the critical areas of islamic civilization is women’s rights. women’s rights have been recognized in islamic civilization before and more than any other civilization, and this way of asserting rights has become a model for many current human rights charters. therefore, the process of socialization in the islamic world based on sharing women in various issues has a long history, and accordingly, the purpose of this research is to analyze the process of civilized society in the islamic world based on women’s rights. the research method of this research is qualitative and documents in which the researcher examines and analyzes authentic research documents such as verses and narrations as the basis of civilization in islam and based on the use of the verses of the holy quran, narrations and hadiths as well as interpretations related to this verses and narrations, results and interpretations are provided. the findings of this study have shown that islamic civilization, as one of the oldest and most reliable approaches, has always had a positive view of women’s rights in various fields. documentary review of women’s rights in islamic sharia shows that islamic civilization is the source of women’s rights and based on the approaches governing this civilization which is based on quran and sharia, islam gives political, social, economic and scientific rights to women and reciprocally these rights cause civilized society in has become islam
