بررسی بایستگی‌ها و ویژگی‌های فرماندهان نظامی در نظام تمدن اسلامی مبتنی بر نامه 53 نهج‌البلاغه

تمدن اسلامی برای حفظ و بالندگی خود نیاز به ابزارها و پیشران‌ها‌یی دارد. در این میان نهادهای حکومتی و مجریان دولت در نظام انقلاب اسلامی اصلی‌ترین ابزارهایی هستند که در جوامع بشری به منظور تحقق و حفظ تمدن نقش اساسی ایفا می‌کنند. ایجاد نظم اجتماعی، ایجاد امنیت و احساس قدرت که از مولفه‌های تمدنی در نظام اسلام است که برعهده نهادهای نظامی و انتظامی گذاشته شده است. برای فهم عمیق این مولفه‌ها و نقش بی‌بدیل این نهاد در تمدن انقلاب اسلامی؛ کلام علی علیه السلام که به عنوان امام و حاکم جامعه اسلامی مطرح بوده‌اند، باید به عنوان یکی از منابع اصیل اسلامی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. بنابراین هدف از این نوشتار بررسی ویژگی‌های فرماندهان نیروی نظامی و انتظامی در حکومت اسلامی است که سعی می‌کند با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بایستگی‌های تمدنی و انقلابیِ نیروی نظامی در زمینه‌های مختلف را مورد کنکاش قرار دهد تا یکی از پیشران‌های تمدن اسلامی مبتنی بر نظریه امیرالمومنین در نامه 53 نهج البلاغه مورد توجه قرار گیرد. برای نیل به این منظور، بررسی بایسته‌های فردی و شغلی فرماندهان نظامی و انتظامی و نیز رابطه میان آنها با حاکم و سربازان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.

investigating the merits and characteristics of military commanders in the islamic civilization system based on letter 53 of nahj al-balagha

islamic civilization needs tools and propellants to maintain and grow. in the meantime, government institutions and government executives in the islamic revolution system are the main tools that play a fundamental role in human societies in order to realize and preserve civilization. creating social order, creating security and a sense of power, which is one of the components of civilization in the islamic system, is entrusted to the military and law enforcement institutions. for a deep understanding of these components and the irreplaceable role of this institution in the civilization of the islamic revolution; the words of ali (peace be upon him), who were the leader of the islamic government, should be considered as one of the original sources of islam. therefore, the purpose of this article is to examine the characteristics of the commanders of the military and law enforcement forces in the islamic government, which tries to explore the civilizational and revolutionary merits of the military force in various fields with a descriptive-analytical method to be one of the drivers of islamic civilization based on the theory of amir al-momenin in the letter 53 nahj al-balagheh should be taken into consideration.
