تمدن اسلامی متاثر از کلان‌روند توسعه ارتباطات مجازی و تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی؛ فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها و چالش‌ها

امروزه تمدن اسلامی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین تمدن‌های نوین از دوران گذشته در مواجهه با وضعیت نا مطمئن آینده قرار دارد. این تمدن با تجارب ارزشی چندین ساله در وضعیت فعلی با چالش‌هایی روبه رو است که می‌تواند تهدیدی برای آینده آن تلقی شود. در عین حال نیز با توجه به تحقق کلان‌روندهایی مانند توسعه ارتباطات مجازی فرصت‌هایی را در پیش رو دارد. بر همین اساس هدف این پژوهش تحلیلی بر کلان‌روند توسعه ارتباطات مجازی و تمدن اسلامی است که در لوای آن چالش‌ها، فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها نیز بررسی و شناسایی می‌شوند. در این پژوهش از روش کیفی اسنادی استفاده شده و داده‌های مورد استفاده شامل بهره‌گیری از آیات قرآن کریم، روایات و احادیث و همچنین تفسیرهای مرتبط با این آیات و روایات است. تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس تحلیل محتوای این مفاهیم انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که با اشاره به آیات و روایات و رخدادهای صدر اسلام رویکرد تمدن اسلامی را می‌توان اینگونه ارزیابی کرد که تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی را تا جایی بپذیرد که ماهیت آموزه‌های تمدن اسلامی را مخدوش نکند، البته درصدد آن نیز نیست که این تکنولوژی‌ها را در عرصه جامعه براندازد. با عنایت به اینکه تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی که هم فرصت‌آور و هم تهدیدکننده هستند، تمدن‌سازان اسلامی درصدد واکاوی فرصت‌هایی هستند که اینگونه تکنولوژی‌ها را در جامعه اسلامی به کار ببرند. به عنوان نتیجه باید گفت که جامعه اسلامی از حیث ظرفیت‌شناسی برای برپایی تمدن نوین اسلامی با مانعی روبه رو نیست؛ چرا که برای شکل‌گیری تمدنی جامع نیاز به وجود مبانی، بروز و ظهورات، فراگیری جهانی و راهبری جهانی است که همه این عناصر یاد شده در اسلام وجود دارد. اما شرط تحقق این تمدن پیاده‌سازی ظرفیت‌های تبیین شده خواهد بود که باید در دو عرصه نظری و الگوهای عینی به تحقق برسد تا جامعه اسلامی بتواند به نقش خود در آینده نزدیک عمل کند.

islamic civilization affected by the macro trend of developing virtual communication and communication technologies; opportunities, threats and challenges

today, islamic civilization, as one of the most important modern civilizations left from the past, is facing an uncertain future. this civilization with several years of valuable experiences in its current state is facing challenges that can be considered a threat to its future. at the same time, due to the realization of macro trends such as the development of virtual communication, it has opportunities ahead. accordingly, the purpose of this research is to analyze the macro trend of the development of virtual communication and islamic civilization, in which challenges, opportunities, and threats are also investigated and identified. method includes using the verses of the holy quran, and hadiths, the findings show that by referring to the verses, traditions and events of the beginning of islam, the approach of islamic civilization can be evaluated in such a way that it accepts communication technologies to the extent that it does not distort the nature of the teachings of islamic civilization, of course, it is not intended that this technology ‌s in the field of society. given that communication technologies are both opportunistic and threatening, islamic civilization builders are trying to explore opportunities to use such technologies in islamic society. as a result, it should be said that the islamic society is not facing any obstacle in terms of its ability to establish a new islamic civilization; because for the formation of a comprehensive civilization, there is a need for the existence of foundations, developments, global coverage and global leadership, all of which are present in islam. but the condition for the realization of this civilization will be the implementation of the explained capacities, which must be realized in two theoretical fields and objective models so that the islamic society can fulfill its role in the near future.
