الگوی راهبردی «مدیریت اسلامی شبکه تحقیقات در نظام جمهوری اسلامی» جهت تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی

برای دستیابی به تمدن نوین اسلامی باید دانش متناسب در تمام عرصه‌های جامعه ایجاد شود. این مهم با سامان‌دهی مجموعه تحقیقات مراکز علمی کشور در راستای هدف مذکور صورت می پذیرد. بدین منظور مدیریت تحقیقات در نظام جمهوری اسلامی باید بتواند سرمایه‌ها و ظرفیت‌های دانشی جامعه را در جهت شناخت و سازماندهی نیازهای انقلاب اسلامی و حل آن ها و در قالب شبکه‌ ای منسجم در اقصی نقاط جامعه اسلامی به‌کار بگیرد؛ پژوهش حاضر چنین مدیریت تحقیقاتی را «مدیریت اسلامی شبکه تحقیقات» می نامد. در راستای ایجاد مدیریت اسلامی شبکه تحقیقات، مسئله این پژوهش ارائه «الگوی راهبردی مدیریت اسلامی شبکه تحقیقات» است؛ الگوی وصفی مرکب از ابعاد و مولفه های موثر بر مدیریت اسلامی شبکه تحقیقات و روابط و نسبت های بین آن ها.«الگوی راهبردی مدیریت اسلامی شبکه تحقیقات» با بکارگیری«روش تحقیق تکاملی» به دست آمده و شامل سه بُعد «پیشران»، «عوامل» و «نتایج» می‌باشد که مولفه های بعد پیشران شامل «مرجعیت بخشی، اعتمادزایی و تسهیل گری»؛ مولفه های بعد عوامل شامل «روش، منبع و مسئله»؛ و مولفه های بعد نتایج شامل ارتقاء «تمایل، تفاهم و تعاون» هستند. برای نشان دادن وجه تمایز مدیریت اسلامی و غیر اسلامی، برای هر مولفه معیار های اسلامیت بیان شده است.

a strategic model for “islamic management of the research network in the islamic republic” to realize the new islamic civilization

the realization of a new islamic civilization requires the development of knowledge across all domains of society. this objective can be achieved through the strategic organization of the research activities conducted by academic and scientific centers in line with this civilizational aim. accordingly, research management in the islamic republic must harness the intellectual capital and knowledge capacities of society to identify, structure, and address the essential needs of the islamic revolution. this should be accomplished through a cohesive and integrated research network distributed throughout the islamic community. the present study refers to such a system as the “islamic management of the research network.”the main concern of this research is to develop a strategic model for islamic management of the research network. this model is descriptive in nature and comprises key dimensions and components along with the relationships among them.the proposed model has been developed using the “evolutionary research methodology” and includes three principal dimensions: drivers, components, and outcomes. the driving components are “authority-building, trust creation, and facilitation”; the operational components include “method, source, and issue”; and the outcome components aim to enhance “inclination, understanding, and collaboration.” to distinguish islamic from non-islamic management approaches, islamic criteria are articulated for each component.
