ترسیم و تحلیل موضوعی مقالات حوزه کتاب‌درمانی در پایگاه اسکوپوس

هدف: کتاب‌درمانی یکی از روش‌های حل مشکلات روحی و روانی است که در شش مرحله شناسایی، انتخاب نوشتار، تهیه مطالب خواندنی، شبیه‌سازی، پالایش و کسب بینش به درمانگر کمک می‌کند. ازجمله مزیت‌های کتاب‌درمانی نسبت به سایر روش‌ها می‌توان به فراگیر بودن، فنی در اختیار سایر تکنیک‌ها، اقتصادی بودن، ارائه اطلاعات در زمان محدود، استفاده از حواس چندگانه و... اشاره کرد. در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر ترسیم و تحلیل موضوعی مقالات حوزه کتاب‌درمانی نمایه شده در پایگاه اسکوپوس است.روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بوده و با رویکرد علم‌سنجی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاه اسکوپوس بین سال‌های 1990-2021 می‌باشد. داده‌ها از این پایگاه استخراج و در نرم‌افزار وی. او. اس. ویور و اکس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در حین جستجو، از روش جستجوی پیشرفته پایگاه اسکوپوس استفاده شد و کلیدواژه‌های &bibliotherapy& و &book therapy& و &reading therapy& و &literature therapy& و &reading as therapy& از عنوان، چکیده و کلمات کلیدی متون و مقالات تخصصی در زمینه کتاب‌درمانی استخراج شدند. تعداد اسناد بازیابی شده 1376 مورد بود. با محدودیت‌های زمانی و نوع سند، 985 مقاله انتخاب و درنهایت 109کلیدواژه باقی ‌ماند که بعد از بررسی در نرم‌افزار وی.او.اس.ویور، وارد نرم‌افزار اکسل شده و داده‌ها مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش شبکه هم‌واژگانی مقالات حوزه کتاب‌درمانی ترسیم شده و موثرترین موضوعات این حوزه و موضوعات جدید و مهم آن مشخص شدند. رایج‌ترین کلمه در این شبکه هم واژگانی، کتاب‌درمانی است که با توجه به حوزه موضوعی انتخابی، تکرار و اهمیت این واژه در شبکه دور از ذهن نیست. به موثرترین موضوعات این حوزه از تعداد استنادات مقالات در این زمینه می‌توان به آن پی برد که «افسردگی» و «اختلال اضطراب کودکان» دو مورد از موثرترین موضوعات این حوزه هستند. رشد مقالات نیز در این حوزه رو به افزایش بوده، اما این روند به کندی و نامنظم صورت گرفته است. همچنین موضوعاتی که اخیراً بر روی آن در حوزه کتاب درمانی کار شده شامل تاب‌آوری و کتاب‌درمانی خلاق است. برای نشان دادن مهم‌ترین موضوعات موجود در این زمینه، می‌‌توان از دو روش میزان ارتباط موضوع با سایر موضوعات و تعیین پرکاربردترین کلمات استفاده کرد که نتایج یکسانی در هر دو روش به دست آمد و شامل کتاب‌درمانی و خودیاری بود.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین کتاب درمانی و خودیاری و افسردگی ارتباط قوی وجود دارد. همچنین با توجه به نتاج بدست آمده از این پژوهش می‌توان گفت که کتاب‌درمانی با حوزه روانشناسی ارتباط و نزدیکی زیادی دارد و نتایج مثبت کتاب‌درمانی در حوزه روانشناسی قابل مشاهده است. در نتیجه پژوهشگران و متخصصین حوزه روانشناسی می‌توانند از کتاب‌درمانی به عنوان یک روش درمانی و یا به صورت مکمّل استفاده ‌کنند تا شاهد پژوهش‌های بهتر و قوی‌تری در پیوند بین این دو حوزه باشیم.

thematic mapping and analysis ofbibliotherapy articles in the scopus database

purpose: bibliotherapy is a therapeutic approach for addressing mental and psychological issues, involving six stages: identification, selection of reading materials, preparation of texts, simulation, refinement, and gaining insight. among the advantages of bibliotherapy compared to other methods are its comprehensiveness, accessibility of various techniques, cost-effectiveness, ability to convey information in a limited time, and engagement of multiple senses. in this regard, the aim of the present study is to conduct a mapping and thematic analysis of bibliotherapy articles indexed in the scopus database.method: this study employs a descriptive methodology and utilizes a scientometric approach. the statistical population consists of articles indexed in the scopus database from 1990 to 2021. data were extracted from this database and analyzed using v.o.s. viewer and x software. during the search, the advanced search method of the scopus database was employed, and the keywords &bibliotherapy&, &book therapy&, &reading therapy&, &literature therapy& and &reading as therapy& were extracted from the titles, abstracts, and keywords of specialized texts and articles in the field of bibliotherapy. the total number of retrieved documents was 1,376. due to time constraints and the type of documents, 985 articles were selected, resulting in 109 keywords that were subsequently reviewed using vos viewer software. these keywords were then entered into excel for analysis and further review.findings: in this study reveal that a thesaurus network of articles in the field of bibliotherapy was constructed, identifying the most effective topics as well as new and significant areas of interest within this discipline. the most frequently occurring term in this thesaurus network is the chosen subject area, the prominence and recurrence of this term within the network is quite significant. the most impactful topics in this field can be inferred from the citation counts of relevant articles, indicating that &depression& and &child anxiety disorder& are two of the most critical subjects in this domain. the number of articles in this field has been steadily increasing, although the process has been slow and inconsistent. recent topics explored in the area of bibliotherapy include resilience and creative bibliotherapy. to highlight the most significant topics in this field, two methods can be employed: assessing the degree of connection between topics and identifying the most frequently used words. both methods yielded similar results, which included bibliotherapy and self-help.conclusion: in this study reveal that a thesaurus network of articles in the field of bibliotherapy was constructed, identifying the most effective topics as well as new and significant areas of interest within this discipline. the most frequently occurring term in this thesaurus network is the chosen subject area, the prominence and recurrence of this term within the network is quite significant. the most impactful topics in this field can be inferred from the citation counts of relevant articles, indicating that &depression& and &child anxiety disorder& are two of the most critical subjects in this domain. the number of articles in this field has been steadily increasing, although the process has been slow and inconsistent. recent topics explored in the area of bibliotherapy include resilience and creative bibliotherapy. to highlight the most significant topics in this field, two methods can be employed: assessing the degree of connection between topics and identifying the most frequently used words. both methods yielded similar results, which included bibliotherapy and self-help.
