مشارکت اساتید دانشگاه در وبلاگ‌ها و صفحه‌‌های عمومی وب: مطالعۀ مقایسه‌‌ای گروه علوم اجتماعی و علوم پزشکی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تمایل اشتراک دانش در صفحات عمومی وب در بین اساتید دانشگاه در گروه علوم پزشکی و علوم اجتماعی است.روش: این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده و به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مقایسه‌‌ای استفاده شده است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته طراحی شده، و روایی آن توسط چهار نفر از متخصصان علم اطلاعات تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز توسط نرم‌افزار اس.پس.اس.اس محاسبه و مقدار آن 0.71 بدست آمد که میزان مناسبی است. اساتید دانشگاه تهران در گروه علوم پزشکی و علوم اجتماعی به عنوان واحدهای مقایسه انتخاب شدند.یافته‌ها: هر دو گروه علوم پزشکی و علوم اجتماعی نسبت به اشتراک دانش در وب‌سایت‌های عمومی، تمایل زیادی نشان دادند. هر دو گروه برای انتشار مطالب علمی فاکتورهای ساختاری رشته‌‌ای ازجمله الزام بیان مطالب در قالب مقالات نقد و داوری شده را ضروری نمی‌‌دانند. این موضوع نشان می‌‌دهد که اعضای دو گروه نسبت به انتشار عمومی مطالب رویکرد مثبت دارند، با این‌‌حال گروه علوم پزشکی 20 درصد بیشتر از گروه علوم اجتماعی تمایل به انتشار مطالب علمی دارند. این در حالی است که تنها 2 درصد از گروه علوم پزشکی در عمل اقدام به انتشار مطلبی در صفحه‌‌های عمومی وب نموده‌‌اند و در مقابل، سهم مشارکت گروه علوم اجتماعی بیشتر بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: در هر دو گروه علوم اجتماعی و علوم پزشکی، گرچه انگیزه زیاد و نگرش مثبت نسبت به اشتراک دانش وجود دارد، موانعی مثل عوامل تکنولوژیکی، ترس از سرقت علمی (علوم اجتماعی) و کمبود زمان (علوم‌‌پزشکی) مانع ایجاد رفتار اشتراک دانش می‌‌گردد؛ ولی نکته مهم و قابل توجه، مسالۀ ساده‌‌نویسی مطالب علمی است. در مورد تفاوت بین دو گروه برای اشتراک اطلاعات علمی در وبلاگ و وب‌سایت‌های عمومی مشخص شد که از نظر گروه علوم پزشکی، نگارش به زبان ساده و قابل فهم برای عموم مردم به مراتب دشوارتر است، در حالی که این موضوع برای گروه علوم اجتماعی کمتر نشان داده شد. این تفاوت می‌‌تواند ناشی از حساس بودن مطالب پزشکی و دشواری تبیین مفاهیم به زبان ساده و قابل فهم برای عموم باشد. بنابراین، دشواری تبیین مطالب به زبان ساده و قابل فهم برای گروه علوم پزشکی یکی از مهم‌ترین موانعی است که بر سرراه انتشار مطالب علوم پزشکی وجود دارد. با معطوف داشتن توجه به سمت این عوامل و موانع می‌‌توان رفتارهای اشتراک دانش را بهبود بخشید.

participation of university professors in blogsand public web pages: a comparative study of the departments of social sciences andmedical sciences

purpose: the aim of this study is to investigate the willingness of university professors in the departments of medical sciences and social sciences to share knowledge on public web pages.method: this study was applied in terms of its purpose and utilized a survey method fordata collection, while a comparative method was employed for data analysis. a researcher-made questionnaire was designed to collect data, and its validity was confirmed by four information science experts. the reliability of the questionnaire was also calculated by spss software and its value was 0.71, which is an appropriate value. university of tehran professors in the medical and social sciences departments were selected as comparison units.findings: both the medical and social sciences departments demonstrated a strong inclination to share knowledge on public websites. both groups do not view disciplinary structural factors, such as the requirement to present content in the form of peer-reviewed articles, as essential for publishing scientific material. this indicates that members of both groups possess a positive attitude toward the public dissemination of content. however, the medical sciences department is 20 percent more likely than the social sciences department to publish scientific material. while only 2% of the medical sciences group has published an article on public web pages, the participation rate of the social sciences group has been higher.conclusion: in both social sciences and medical sciences groups, although there is high motivation and positive attitude towards knowledge sharing, obstacles such as technological factors, fear of scientific plagiarism (social sciences) and lack of time (medical sciences) prevent knowledge sharing behavior; but an important and noteworthy point is the issue of simple writing of scientific articles. regarding the difference between the two groups for sharing scientific information on blogs and public websites, it was found that from the medical sciences group’s perspective, writing in simple and understandable language for the general public is much more difficult, while this issue was less evident for the social sciences group. this difference could be due to the sensitivity of medical articles and the difficulty of explaining concepts in simple and understandable language for the general public. therefore, the difficulty of explaining the material in simple and understandable language for the medical sciences department is one of the most important obstacles to the dissemination of medical science materials. by focusing on these factors and obstacles, knowledge sharing behaviors can be improved.
