تاثیر دو پایه کوئینزa و زالزالک بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و پومولوژیکی بِه رقم محلی اصفهان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثر پایه های کوئینزa  و زالزالک بر برخی صفات مورفولوژیک و پومولوژیک درخت بِه رقم محلی اصفهان در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با  32 درخت انجام گرفت. اثرات پایه ها بر ارتفاع درخت، فاصله میانگره، رشد شاخه، قطر تنه، طول دمبرگ، سطح برگ، متوسط حجم و وزن و قطر و طول میوه، رنگ میوه، درصد ماده خشک، درصد آب میوه، میزان کلروفیل برگ و میوه، غلظت مواد جامد محلول، فلاونوئید کل میوه، کاروتنوئید گوشت و پوست میوه، موسیلاژ اطراف بذر میوه، ویتامین ث، ph و اسید کل میوه مطالعه شد. طبق نتایج، رشد رویشی و ارتفاع درختان با پایه زالزالک نسبت به کوئینز a کمتر بوده ولی آن ها وزن (g 317.5)، حجم (cm374.3)، طول (mm81.90) و قطر میوه ( mm86.53)، درصد آب میوه (86.26) و کاروتنوئید پوست (mg/gfw3.056) بیشتری را نشان دادند. همبستگی مثبت معنی داری بین ارتفاع درخت و رشد شاخه، فلاونوئید کل میوه، درصد ماده خشک و غلظت مواد جامد محلول مشاهده شد و هم چنین همبستگی منفی معنی داری بین ارتفاع درخت و متوسط وزن، حجم، قطر میوه، درصد آب میوه مشاهده گردید. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان پایه زالزالک را به عنوان یک پایه پاکوتاه کننده و مناسب که سبب افزایش کیفیت میوه نیز می شود، پیشنهاد داد.

effects of quince a and hawthorn rootstocks on selected morphological and pomological characteristics of the local isfahan quince cultivar

this study was conducted to evaluate the effects of quince a and hawthorn rootstocks on selected morphological and pomological traits of the local isfahan quince cultivar using a randomized complete block design involving 32 trees. the effects of rootstocks were investigated on tree height, internode length, shoot growth, trunk diameter, petiole length, leaf area, mean fruit volume, fruit weight, fruit diameter and length, fruit color, dry matter percentage, juice percentage, leaf and fruit chlorophyll contents, soluble solids concentration, total fruit flavonoid content, carotenoid contents of the fruit flesh and peel, fruit seed mucilage, vitamin c content, ph, and total fruit acidity. according to the results, vegetative growth and tree height were lower on hawthorn rootstock than on quince a. however, trees grafted onto hawthorn produced fruits with greater weight (317.5 g), volume (374.33 cm³), length (81.90 mm), and diameter (86.53 mm), as well as a higher juice percentage (86.26%) and peel carotenoid content (3.056 mg g⁻¹ fresh weight). significant positive correlations were observed between tree height and shoot growth, total fruit flavonoid content, dry matter percentage, and soluble solids concentration. conversely, significant negative correlations were found between tree height and mean fruit weight, volume, diameter, and juice percentage. based on these findings, hawthorn can be recommended as a suitable dwarfing rootstock that also improves fruit quality.
