چکیده    Optical plasmonic bowtie nanoantenna designed to resonate at the wavelength of 1.55 micrometer is studied considering optical field coupling and concentrating within the antenna nano gap in this paper. the plasmonic nano antenna made of gold with the specified physical geometries is located on the surface of a silicon bulk substrate. the 3d-fdtd simulation results demonstrate that applying the input sources with different polarizations, modifies the resulted optical field within the photonic structures; moreover, the optical incident field of the same polarization with the bowtie nano antenna’s arms excites the surface plasmon resonance within the interface between the antenna arms and silicon substrate and causes light localizing and improving within the nano gap of the antenna. confining the optical field within the sub wavelength spaces opens the doors to a wide variety of applications such as: optical communications, data storages, optical sensors, optical lasers and sources and some others.
