بررسی امکان زندگی معنادار در تصویر فیزیک مدرن از جهان

مسئله این مقاله عبارت از اینست که «آیا تصویر فیزیک مدرن از جهان، امکان زندگی معنادار را منتفی می‌کند؟» برای پاسخگویی به این مسئله، دو برداشت مختلف از «معناداری زندگی» که در واقع مبتنی بر دو برداشت مختلف از «زندگی» است متمایز می‌شوند. زندگی، به معنای کل پدیده حیات هوشمند در جهان و زندگی، به معنای گذران عمر یک انسان. بنابراین ابتدا به این سوال پرداخته می‌شود که تصویر کیهان‌شناسی مدرن از جهان، چه استلزاماتی برای «معنای زندگی» انسان دارد و به ادعای ناسازگاری این تصویر با معناداری زندگی انسان پاسخ داده می‌شود. سپس این مسئله مورد واکاوی قرار می‌گیرد که تبعات مناقشه موجبیت‌گرایی/ناموجبیت‌گرایی برای معنا در زندگی چیست و نشان داده می‌شود که موجبیت‌گرایی امکان زندگی معنادار را منتفی نمی‌کند.

investigating the possibility of a meaningful life in the image of modern physics of the world

the problem of this article is 'does the modern physics picture of the world exclude the possibility of meaningful life?' to answer this question, two different understandings of the 'meaning of life' are distinguished, which are actually based on two different understandings of 'life'. life means the entire phenomenon of intelligent life in the world and life means the life of a human being. therefore, firstly, the question of what the modern cosmological image of the world has for the 'meaning of life' of man is addressed, and the claim of incompatibility of this image with the meaning of human life is answered. then this issue is analyzed, what are the consequences of the positivism/non-positivism conflict for meaning in life, and it is shown that positivism does not rule out the possibility of a meaningful life.
