بررسی پیش‌نیازهای توسعه سیاسی در ایران اسلامی

در تمامی کشورهای جهان به‌ویژه کشورهای جهان سوم، از انقلاب به‌عنوان یکی از ابزارهای رسیدن به توسعه یاد می‌شود. با توجه به روند تاریخی توسعه سیاسی در ایران، سوال و دغدغه اصلی این است که در نظام حاکم بر ایران پس از انقلاب، چه پیش‌نیازهای جهت حفظ و تقویت مبانی توسعه سیاسی موردنیاز است. با توجه به ماهیت ویژه سیاسی و ایدئولوژی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، شناخت بهتر و بیشتر این مبانی می‌تواند درک بهتری از چگونگی توسعه‌یافتگی با توجه به آرمان‌ها و اهداف انقلاب پیشروی همگان قرار دهد. یافته‌های این مقاله نشان می‌دهد که پس از استقرار نظام سیاسی جدید و تثبیت نهادها و ساختارها، دولت‌ها در برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌های خود جهت دست‌یابی به توسعه سیاسی، جهت‌گیری‌های متفاوتی را داشته‌اند. به‌طورکلی چنانچه هر شخص یا حزبی بخواهد در قالب و چارچوب نظام اسلامی به توسعه سیاسی کشور کمک کند بایستی اهداف و برنامه‌های خود را با ماهیت نظام اسلامی و شرایط حاکم بر جامعه تنظیم و تعریف نماید. به برخی از مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ها و پیش‌نیازهای توسعه سیاسی اگر بخواهیم اشاره‌کنیم، می‌توان از عدالت اجتماعی، افزایش امنیت سیاسی، مشارکت حداکثری مردم، گسترش و تنوع‌بخشی ساختارها و نهادهای دموکراتیک، تقلیل دیدگاه آرمان‌گرایانه به واقع‌گرایانه و... نام برد.

in all the countries of the world, especially the third world countries, the revolution is mentioned as one of the tools to achieve development. considering the historical process of political development in iran, the main question and concern is that in the system ruling iran after the revolution, what prerequisites are needed to maintain and strengthen the foundations of political development. considering the special political and ideological nature of the islamic republic of iran, better and more understanding of these foundations can provide a better understanding of how to develop according to the ideals and goals of the revolution. the findings of this article show that after the establishment of the new political system and stabilization of institutions and structures, governments have had different orientations in their plans and policies to achieve political development. in general, if any person or party wants to contribute to the political development of the country in the framework of the islamic system, it should adjust and define its goals and plans according to the nature of the islamic system and the conditions governing the society. if we want to mention some of the most important components and prerequisites of political development, we can mention social justice, increasing political security, maximum participation of the people, expanding and diversifying democratic structures and institutions, reducing the idealistic view to realistic, etc.
