بررسی ویژگی ها و جایگاه یک معلم خوب از نگاه اندیشمندان تعلیم و تربیت

معلمی جایگاهی است که شان و منزلت و نقش او در تربیت انسان ها بر کسی پوشیده نیست. مربی حقیقی انسان ها پروردگار جهانیان است وسپس به وسیله واسطان فیض او و هدایت گران زمینی اش انبیا برای بشریت تبیین می شود. معلمان بعد از انبیا وارثان رسالت تعلیم و تربیت انسان ها هستند و مسئول پرورش روح انسانی ادمی و سوق دادن عقل او به سوی کمال و در نهایت رضایت و خشنودی پروردگار می باشند. از دیرباز تا کنون مردمان جوامع مختلف درباره جایگاه معلمین بر این باور بوده اند که معلم شخصیت گرانبهایی دارد و این هنر معلمی است که این جایگاه و شخصیت را به وی ارزانی بخشیده است، به عقیده انها هر فردی شایستگی رسیدن به این مرتبه را ندارد و ویژگیهای یک معلم وی را از مردم عادی متمایز میسازد. ابتدا در رابطه با فاکتورها و مهارتهایی که یک معلم خوب از ابتدایی تا دانشگاه برای موفق شدن باید داشته باشد را بررسی و در این مقاله به انها میپردازیم. اندیشمندان و بزرگان بسیاری همچون امام خمینی (ره)، پیامبر اسلام (ص)، امام محمد غزالی و ... درباره جایگاه و ویژگیهای یک معلم خوب نظرات بسیاری ارائه کرده اند و هر یک از انها به ویژگیهایی اشاره کرده اند. بر این اساس ویژگی های یک معلم خوب از نظر ایشان شامل اشتراکاتی از قبیل اینکه، معلمی شغل پرمسئولیتی است که در صورت انجام صحیح، این رسالت میتواند تضمین کننده اینده ای روشن در جوامع باشد. همان طور که حضرت امام خمینی (ره)، بر این باور بودند که سعادت و شقاوت یک جامعه به دست معلمان ان است.

investigating the characteristics and position of a good teacher from the point of view of education thinkers

a teacher is a position whose dignity and role in educating people is not hidden from anyone. the true teacher of human beings is the lord of the worlds, and then it is explained to mankind through his grace and his earthly guides, the prophets. after the prophets, teachers are the inheritors of the mission of educating people and are responsible for nurturing the human spirit and leading his intellect to perfection and ultimately the satisfaction of god. from a long time until now, the people of different societies have believed about the position of teachers that the teacher has a precious character and it is the art of the teacher that has given him this position and character. the characteristics of a teacher distinguish him from ordinary people. first, in relation to the factors and skills that a good teacher from primary to university should have to be successful, we will discuss them in this article. many thinkers and elders such as imam khomeini, the prophet of islam (pbuh), imam muhammad ghazali, ..., have presented many opinions about the position and characteristics of a good teacher, and each of them has pointed out certain characteristics. based on this, the characteristics of a good teacher, according to him, include commonalities such as that teaching is a highly responsible job that, if done correctly, this mission can guarantee a bright future in societies. just as imam khomeini believed that the prosperity and misfortune of a society is in the hands of its teachers.
