دانستن قانون انعکاس اعمال و پذیرفتن قطعی بودن رنج برای بشر، زندگی را برای انسان آسوده‌تر می‌کند تاجایی که فرد در هنگام رویارویی با مشکلات و به ویژه فقر، با تامل در اعمالش به این مهم برسد که این فقر انعکاس کدام یک از اعمالش هست تا بتواند با توبه و انجام اعمالی که انعکاسش، رفع فقر است این مشکل را برای خود حل کند، مقاله حاضر با استناد و تحلیل توصیفی آیات و روایاتی که در باب انعکاس اعمال و رنج بشریت هست می کوشد تا رفع فقر را به صورت فردی و توسط شخص فقیر بررسی کند یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد انسان می تواند سختی و رنج خود را انتخاب و از به وجود آمدن سختی های دیگر جلوگیری به عمل نماید، پرداخت صدقه در فقر مطلق یک رنج بزرگ به شمار می آید ولی در مقابل باعث حذف و رفع فقر می شود، همچنین دانستن قانون انعکاس اعمال و تاثیر مستقیم آن در به وجود آوردن فقر و رفع آن در زندگی می تواند به عنوان یک عامل موثر در بهبود کیفیت اقتصاد خانواده و جامعه، نشر و ترویج یابد تا به صورت یک فرهنگ اجتماعی نهادینه شود.
