اصلاحات در گفتمان‌شیعه؛ بررسی کار ویژه‌های سیاسی امر به‌ معروف و نهی‌ از منکر

امروزه در جوامع غربی، براساس آموزه‌های دموکراتیک اصلاحات بهترین راه حل برای برون رفت از بحران‌های سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. برای اصلاحات ابتدا باید بستر برای انتقاد مردم و سازمان‌های مردم نهاد (ngo) نسبت به نظام سیاسی فراهم باشد. انتقاد و در مقابل آن انتقادپذیری سبب رشد و توسعه نظام ‌سیاسی و جامعه می‌شود. انتقاد علاوه بر آنکه نظام سیاسی را از شرایط جامعه و نسبت به ضعف‌هایش آگاه می‌سازد، موجب تخلیه هیجانات و ناراحتی‌های اجتماعی می‌شود که خود از بروز دگرگونی‌های سیاسی و انقلاب جلوگیری می‌کند. از طرفی اعتماد اجتماعی نسبت به نظام سیاسی را افزایش می‌دهد که این خود بر اقتدار آن می‌افزاید. اما در آموزه‌های شیعه نقد و نقادی تحت عنوان کلیدواژه امربه‌معروف و نهی‌ازمنکر به‌کار گرفته شده است. در واقع در گفتمان شیعه امربه‌معروف و نهی‌ازمنکر، ابزاری است که در جهت آموزش و هدایت جامعه و جلوگیری از استبداد و فساد در نظام سیاسی از آن بهره برده می‌شود. در این پژوهش به فلسفه امربه‌معروف و نهی‌ازمنکر و کار ویژه‌های آن پرداخته‌ایم.

reforms in the shiite discourse; investigating the political features of amrba-maaroof and nahi-az-mankar

today, in western societies, based on democratic teachings, reforms are the best solution to get out of political, social and economic crises. for reforms, first of all, a platform must be provided for people and non-governmental organizations (ngos) to criticize the political system. criticism and on the other hand, receptivity to criticism causes the growth and development of the political system and society. in addition to making the political system aware of the conditions of the society and its weaknesses, criticism also causes the discharge of emotions and social discomfort, which itself prevents the occurrence of political changes and revolution. on the other hand, it increases social trust towards the political system, which increases its authority. however, in shia teachings, criticism has been used under the key words commanding the good and forbidding the bad. in fact, in the shia discourse, commanding the good and forbidding the bad is a tool that is used to educate and guide the society and prevent tyranny and corruption in the political system. in this research, we have dealt with the philosophy of commanding the famous and prohibiting the negative and its special work.
