بررسی رابطه بین مشارکت در بودجه‌ریزی عملیاتی و عملکرد مدیریتی با توجه به نقش میانجی تسهیم عمودی اطلاعات، ابهام نقش و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه بین مشارکت در بودجه‌ریزی و عملکرد مدیریتی با توجه به نقش میانجی تسهیم عمودی اطلاعات، ابهام نقش و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی در شرکت‌های فعال در شهرک‌های صنعتی استان گلستان بوده است. تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی/ پیمایشی و همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری آن کلیه مدیران مرتبط با بودجه و طرح و برنامه شرکت‌های فعال در شهرک‌های صنعتی استان گلستان که تعداد آنها 210 نفر بود که با بهره‌گیری از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 136 نفر به عنوان حجم ‌نمونه تعیین گردید و روش نمونه‌‌گیری، تصادفی ساده بوده‌ است. داده‌های تحقیق با روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی گردآوری شده و ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه استاندارد مشارکت در بودجه‌ریزی «میلانی»، پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد مدیریتی «ماهونی و همکاران»، پرسشنامه استاندارد تسهیم عمودی اطلاعات «پارکر و کیج»، پرسشنامه استاندارد ابهام نقش «ریزو و همکاران» و پرسشنامه استاندارد عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی «دانک» بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم‌افزار smart-pls انجام پذیرفت که نتایج تحقیق معنادار بودن تمامی فرضیه‌ها را نشان می‌دهد.

investigating the relationship between operational budgeting participation and managerial performance given the mediating role of vertical information sharing, role ambiguity and information asymmetry

the aim of the present research was to investigate the relationship between participation in budgeting and managerial performance with regard to the mediating role of vertical information sharing, role ambiguity and information asymmetry in companies operating in industrial towns of golestan province. the present research was conducted using descriptive/survey and correlation method. its statistical population is all the managers related to the budget and plan and program of the companies active in the industrial towns of golestan province, whose number was 210, and by using the karjesi and morgan table, 136 people were determined as the sample size, and the sampling method was simple random. . the research data was collected by library and field method and the tools used were the standard questionnaire of participation in budgeting milani , the standard questionnaire of managerial performance mahoney et al , the standard questionnaire of vertical sharing of information parker and cage , the standard questionnaire of role ambiguity rizzo and colleagues and the standard information asymmetry questionnaire was dunk . data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling method and with the help of smart-pls software. the research results show the significance of all hypotheses.
