تاثیر ویژگی شخصیتی، جنسیت، دشواری، فرصت‌های شغلی و سندروم ایمپاستور بر انتخاب رشته حسابداری

انتخاب رشته تحصیلی از مهم‌ترین انتخاب‌ها در زندگی فرد است به‌طوری‌که می‌تواند زندگی شغلی و به‌تبع آن آینده وی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد، در این پژوهش بر آنیم برخی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر انتخاب رشته تحصیلی حسابداری را بررسی کنیم . روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد است، برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید و 158 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد، از نرم‌افزار آماری spss و eviews برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد؛ نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان داد بین ویژگی شخصیتی و انتخاب رشته حسابداری رابطه‌ی معناداری وجود دارد؛ و بین سندرم ایمپاستور و انتخاب رشته حسابداری رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. بین فرصت‌های شغلی و انتخاب رشته حسابداری رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد؛ اما بین دشوار پنداشتن رشته حسابداری و انتخاب رشته حسابداری رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد و رابطه معناداری بین جنسیت و انتخاب رشته حسابداری رابطه مشاهده نگردید.

choosing a field of study is one of the most important choices in a person s life, so that it can affect his professional life and, accordingly, his future. the descriptive research method is a survey type and the statistical population includes azad university students, a questionnaire was used to collect data and 158 questionnaires were completed, spss and eviews statistical software were used for data analysis; the results of the hypothesis test showed that there is a significant relationship between personality traits and the choice of accounting field; and there is a significant positive relationship between impostor syndrome and the choice of accounting major. there is a significant positive relationship between job opportunities and the choice of accounting major; however, there is no significant relationship between finding accounting major difficult and choosing accounting major, and no significant relationship was observed between gender and choosing accounting major.
