بررسی رابطه بین استرس با قصد ترک شغل حسابرسان و رضایت شغلی در حسابرسان

این پژوهش جهت بررسی رابطه بین استرس با قصد ترک شغل حسابرسان و رضایت شغلی در حسابرسان شکل‌گرفته است؛ تحقیق حاضر ازنظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی و همبستگی ازنظر هدف کاربردی است. در تحقیق حاضر با توجه به اینکه حجم جامعه آماری(حسابرسان شاغل در موسسات حسابرسی عضو جامعه حسابداران رسمی) نامعین می باشد؛حجم نمونه تعداد 384 نفر(نمونه جامعه نامعین)و روش نمونه-گیری تصادفی ساده بود. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. محقق؛داده های به دست آمده از پرسش نامه را پس از استخراج و طبقه بندی از طریق نرم افزار اس پی اس اسو آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار داده است.نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین استرس شغلی و رضایت شغلی ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.بین استرس شغلی و قصد ترک شغل حسابرس ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. بین رضایت شغلی و قصد ترک شغل حسابرس ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.

examining the relationship between stress and intention to leave auditors' jobs and job satisfaction in auditors

this study was conducted to examine the relationship between stress and the intention to leave the job of auditors and job satisfaction in auditors; in terms of the data collection method, the present research is descriptive-survey and correlational in terms of its purpose. in this research, considering that the size of the statistical population (auditors working in audit institutions, members of the public accountants society) is uncertain, the sample size is 384 people (indeterminate population sample) and the random sampling method was simple.a questionnaire was used to collect data. the researcher has analyzed the data obtained from the questionnaire after extracting and classifying it through spss software and pearson correlation coefficient test. the results of data analysis showed that there is a relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. there is a significant relationship between job stress and the intention to leave the auditor s job. there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and intention to leave the auditor s job.
