تاثیر کارایی مدیران بر انعطاف پذیری مالی شرکت: با نقش تعدیلی ارتباط سیاسی مدیرعامل

انعطاف پذیری مالی، توان شرکت ها در تامین منابع مالی برای حداکثر کردن ارزش شرکت و عکس العمل مناسب در برابر رویدادها و موارد پیش بینی نشده را در بر می گیرد. مدیران کارا توانایی بیشتری در بکار گیری موثر و کار آمد منابع شرکت دارند از این رو پژوهش حاضربه بررسی تاثیر کارایی مدیران عامل بر انعطاف پذیری مالی شرکت با توجه به نقش تعدیلگری ارتباط سیاسی مدیر عامل پرداخته و برای این منظور داده های مربوط به 104 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال های 1393 الی 1399 با به کارگیری رگرسیون چند متغیره مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. یافته های حاصل از آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش نشان داد که بین کارایی مدیر عامل و انعطاف پذیری مالی شرکت ارتباط منفی و معناداری وجود داردو ارتباط سیاسی مدیرعامل رابطه بین کارایی مدیرعامل و انعطاف پذیری مالی شرکت را تعدیل منفی می کند.

the effect of managers' efficiency on the firm's financial flexibility: with the moderating role of the ceo's political connection

financial flexibility includes the ability of companies to provide financial resources to maximize the value of the company and to react appropriately to unforeseen events and cases. efficient managers have a greater ability to use the company s resources effectively and efficiently. therefore, the present research examines the effect of the ceo s efficiency on the financial flexibility of the company, considering the moderating role of the ceo s political connection, and for this purpose, the data of 104 companies were accepted. in the tehran stock exchange during the years 2013 to 2019 was investigated by applying multivariate regression. the findings of the research hypotheses test showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between the ceo s efficiency and the company s financial flexibility, and the ceo s political connection negatively moderates the relationship between the ceo s efficiency and the company s financial flexibility.
