بررسی نقش توانایی مدیرعامل بر بهبود رتبه اعتباری شرکت با نقش تعدیلی رشد شرکت در شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی نقش توانایی مدیرعامل بر بهبود رتبه اعتباری شرکت با نقش تعدیلی رشد شرکت در شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد. تحقیق موردنظر از جهت هدف، یک تحقیق کاربردی و ازلحاظ نوع طرح تحقیق به جهت تکیه‌بر اطلاعات تاریخی، پس رویدادی است و روش استنتاج آن استقرایی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شرکت‌های منتخب پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در طی یک دوره پنج‌ساله بین سال‌های 1395-1399 می‌باشد. جهت مستندسازی نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری و ارائه راه‌حل‌های نهایی، از شیوه‌های آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارeviews اقدام به تجزیه‌وتحلیل سوالات و فرضیات شده است. نتایج فرضیهتحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین توانایی مدیران عامل با رتبه‌بندی اعتباری رابطه معناداری دارد. فرصت رشد رابطه بین توانایی مدیران عامل با رتبه بندی اعتباری را تعدیل می کند.

investigating the role of the ceo's ability to improve the company's credit rating with the moderating role of the company's growth in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange

the purpose of this research is to examine the role of the ceo s ability to improve the company s credit rating with the moderating role of the company s growth in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange. the intended research is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the type of research plan, it is based on historical information, so it is an event, and its inference method is inductive and correlational. the statistical population of the current research is the selected companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange during a five-year period between 2015-2016.in order to document the results of statistical analysis and provide final solutions, statistical methods have been used to analyze questions and assumptions using eviews software. the results of the research hypothesis show that there is a significant relationship between the ability of ceos and credit rating. growth opportunity moderates the relationship between ceo ability and credit rating.
