بررسی تاثیر خودشیفتگی مدیرعامل بر سرمایه گذاری در دارایی های ثابت شرکت با نقش تعدیلی ویژگی های هیات مدیره

امروزه بهینه بودن سرمایه‎گذاری در شرکت از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است. هیات مدیره شرکت‌ها در پی این هستند، با تاثیرگذاری بر سوگیری‌های رفتاری مدیرعامل مانند خودشیفتگی، مسیر سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت را به درستی هدایت نمایند. هدف کلی این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر خودشیفتگی مدیرعامل بر سرمایه‌گذاری در دارایی های ثابت شرکت با نقش تعدیلی ویژگی‌های هیات ‌مدیره است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، یک پژوهش توصیفی است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 143 شرکت‌ پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، برای بازه زمانی 8ساله از سال های 1391 تا 1398بوده است. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه‌های تحقیق از روش رگرسیون ترکیبی و رگرسیون لجستیک با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اقتصادسنجی eviews10 نشان داد که خودشیفتگی مدیرعامل تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر سرمایه‌گذاری در دارایی های ثابت شرکت دارد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد متغیر ویژگی های هیات مدیره شامل استقلال هیات مدیره باعث تعدیل رابطه خودشیفتگی مدیرعامل بر سرمایه گذاری در دارایی های ثابت شرکت می شود. و تخصص و تنوع جنسی هیات مدیره باعث تعدیل رابطه خودشیفتگی مدیرعامل بر استراتژی سرمایه گذاری جاری شرکت نمی شود.

examining the effect of the ceo's narcissism on the investment in the fixed assets of the company with the moderating role of the characteristics of the board of directors

nowadays, the optimality of investment in the company is very important. the company s board of directors seeks to direct the company s investment path by influencing the ceo s behavioral biases such as narcissism. the general purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the ceo s narcissism on the investment in the company s fixed assets with the moderating role of the characteristics of the board of directors.in terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of nature, it is a descriptive research. the statistical sample of the research included 143 companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange for a period of 8 years from 1391 to 1398. the results of the analysis of the research hypotheses from the combined regression and logistic regression method using eviews10 econometric software showed that the ceo s narcissism has a positive and significant effect on the investment in the company s fixed assets. the findings of the research show that the variable of the characteristics of the board of directors, including the independence of the board of directors, moderates the relationship between the ceo s narcissism and the investment in the company s fixed assets. and the expertise and gender diversity of the board of directors does not moderate the relationship of the ceo s narcissism on the company s current investment strategy.
