کیفیت تصمیم گیری و ویژگی های سرمایه گذاران بازار سرمایه

در این پژوهش ویژگی های سرمایه گذاران مانند مهارت مدیریت مالی, هوش مالی و ثروت که می تواند بر رفتار و نوع تصمیم گیری شان اثرگذار باشد و عملکرد مالی شان را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تحلیل گران و معامله گران مالی در بازار سرمایه می باشد و نمونه آماری طبق فرمول کوکران محاسبه شده و شامل232 نفر بوده است اطلاعات مربوط به کیفیت تصمیم گیری و ویژگی های سرمایه گذاران با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد و خودساخته محقق و طبق طیف لیکرت جمع آوری شده است. کیفیت تصمیم گیری به عنوان متغیر وابسته و هوش مالی، ثروت و مهارت مدیریت مالی به عنوان متغیرهای مستقل در نظر گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که رابطه معناداری بین متغیر مستقل و متغیر وابسته وجود دارد. عامل مهارت مدیریت مالی بیشترین تاثیرگذاری و همچنین هوش مالی و ثروت توان تاثیرگذاری بر کیفیت تصمیم گیری را دارند.

in these researches, investors such as financial management skills, financial intelligence and wealth that can affect their behavior and type of decision and affect financial performance. the statistical population of this research is financial analysts and multipliers in mashhad capital market and the sample of statistics was calculated according to cochran s formula and included 232 people. basis the likert spectrum is collected.the results of the present study show that there is a significant relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. of course, the importance of the factors with the independent variables was not the same for the respondents, so that the financial management skills factor had the highest average. in addition, financial intelligence and wealth have the potential to influence the quality of decision making. the findings of this study help to develop behavioral finance literature and related theories.
