بررسی تاثیر همپوشانی مدیران کمیته حسابرسی بر اجتناب مالیاتی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر همپوشانی مدیران کمیته حسابرسی بر اجتناب مالیاتی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. برای آزمون فرضیه‌‌‌ پژوهش از اطلاعات مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در فاصله زمانی بین سال‌های 1395 تا 1399 استفاده شده است، به طوری‌که پس از اعمال محدودیت‌های موردنظر در این پژوهش، نمونه نهایی متشکل از 172 شرکت انتخاب گردید. پس از اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای پژوهش از تجزیه تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره، برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها‌ی پژوهش استفاده ‌شد. آزمون فرضیه‌ها‌ نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اقتصادسنجی eviews و تکنیک‌های آماری داده‌های تلفیقی با کنترل اثرات سال و صنعت صورت پذیرفته است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون‌های آماری پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که همپوشانی مدیران کمیته حسابرسی بر اجتناب مالیاتی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد.

examining the effect of overlap audit committee directors on tax avoidance

the purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of overlap audit committee directors on tax avoidance with the moderating role of family ownership in the tehran stock exchange. to test the hypotheses of the research, the financial information of the companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange between 2016 and 2020 has been used, so that after applying the restrictions in this research, the final sample consisting of 172 companies was selected. after measuring the research variables, multivariate linear regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. hypotheses testing has also been done using eviews econometrics software and statistical techniques of panel data by controlling the effects of year and industry. the results of the statistical tests of the research show that there is a positive and significant overlap audit committee director on tax avoidance.
