بررسی تاثیر مادی گرایی هیات مدیره بر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت با نقش تعدیلی متغیر صنعت

علی رغم نقش با اهمیتی که مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت در تصمیم گیری بازیگران بازار سرمایه دارد اما به نظر می رسد همواره تحت تاثیر ویژگی های رفتاری هیات مدیره قرار گرفته است. برای سنجش ویژگی های رفتاری هیات مدیره به مادی گرایی توجه نشده است و تاکنون پژوهشی در داخل کشور در زمینه مادی گرایی هیات مدیره صورت نگرفته است. و در این پژوهش برای نخستین بار به صورت جامع مادی گرایی هیات مدیره و جنبه های گوناگون ویژگی های هیات مدیره با ایفای مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مادی گرایی هیات مدیره بر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت با نقش تعدیلی ویژگی های هیات مدیره است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 85 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال های 1396 تا 1399 بوده است. برای آزمون فرضیه از مدل رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره و داده های مقطعی استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد متغیر صنعت باعث تعدیل رابطه بین مادی گرایی هیات مدیره و مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت می شود.

examining the impact of the materialism of the board of directors on the social responsibility of the company with the moderating role of the industry

despite the important role of corporate social responsibility in the decision-making of capital market players, it seems that it has always been influenced by the behavioral characteristics of the board of directors. to measure the behavioral characteristics of the board of directors, materialism has not been paid attention to, and so far no research has been done inside the country in the field of materialism of the board of directors. and in this research, for the first time, the materialism of the board of directors and various aspects of the characteristics of the board of directors with the social responsibility of the company have been evaluated. the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of the materialism of the board of directors on the social responsibility of the company with the moderating role of the characteristics of the board of directors. the statistical sample of the research included 85 companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange during the years 2016 to 2019.multivariate linear regression model and cross-sectional data have been used to test the hypothesis. the research findings show that the industry variable moderates the relationship between the materialism of the board of directors and the company s social responsibility
