بررسی رابطه مدیریت پایدار زیست محیطی و عملکرد مالی با نقش میانجی شهرت در شرکت‌‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

با توجه به اهمیت محیط زیست در زندگی انسان‌ها، پژوهش حاضر ارتباط بین مدیریت پایدار زیست محیطی را با عملکرد مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران با در نظر گرفتن شهرت شرکت‌ها به عنوان میانجی بررسی کرده است. ابزارهای تحقیق، صورت‌های مالی و گزارشات مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران با استفاده از سایت کدال و همچنین چک لیست‌های مسئولیت زیست محیطی و شهرت شرکتی هستند. جهت آزمون فرضی‌‌ها و در نهایت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار eviews8 و excel 2010 استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده از جدول ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که بین عملکرد مالی با شهرت شرکت و مدیریت پایدار زیست محیطی در شرکت های بورسی مورد مطالعه رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون فرض‌ها نشان داد که بین میان مدیریت پایدار زیست محیطی، شهرت و عملکرد مالی شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1394 الی 1399 ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.

investigating the relationship between sustainable environmental management and financial performance by the mediating role of reputation in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange

considering the importance of the environment in people s lives, the present research has examined the relationship between sustainable environmental management and the financial performance of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange, considering the reputation of the companies as a mediator. the research tools are the financial statements and financial reports of the companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange using the kodal site, as well as the checklists of environmental responsibility and corporate reputation. in order to test the hypotheses and finally analyze the data, eviews9 and excel 2010 software were used. the results obtained from the correlation coefficient table showed that there is a positive relationship between financial performance and company reputation and sustainable environmental management in the studied listed companies. also, the results of the hypotheses test showed that there is a significant relationship between sustainable environmental management and the reputation of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange in the period from 1394 to 1399.
