تاثیر عملکرد پایدار محیطی بر استراتژی تقسیم سود با توجه به نقش مالکیت خانواده

گرایش به سمت عملکرد پایدار محیطی ، واحد تجاری را ترغیب می‌کند تا برای بهبود محیط‌زیست، استفاده از انرژی و مواد کمتر، مدیریت ضایعات و غیره تلاش کند. درنتیجه واحدهای تجاری می‌توانند بازده‌های بلندمدت خود را از طریق کاهش اثرات منفی خود بر اجتماع، به‌صورت اختیاری، حداکثر نمایند. به‌طوری‌که امروزه این تفکر در میان واحدهای تجاری به‌صورت روزافزون در حال شکل‌گیری است که موفقیت بلندمدت آن‌ها می‌تواند از طریق مدیریت کردن عملیات شرکت، هم‌زمان با ایجاد اطمینان از حمایت‌های محیطی و پیشرفت مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی شرکت، تحقق یابد. در این پژوهش تاثیر عملکرد پایدار محیطی بر استراتژی تقسیم سود با توجه به نقش مالکیت خانواده در شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی دوره 1396-1400 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پژوهش از لحاظ طبقه بندی بر حسب هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی است و از لحاظ طبقه بندی بر مبنای روش، تحقیق توصیفی محسوب می‌شود و از میان تحقیقات توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی است. نمونه آماری تحقیق به روش حذفی سیستماتیک تعداد 120 شرکت انتخاب شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه ها در سطح خطای پنج درصد نشان داد عملکرد پایدار محیطی بر سیاست تقسیم سود تاثیر گذار بوده و همچنین مالکیت خانوادگی بر رابطه عملکرد پایدار محیطی و سیاست تقسیم سود تاثیر گذار است.

the impact of sustainable environmental performance on profit sharing strategy according to the role of family ownership

the trend towards sustainable environmental performance encourages the business unit to try to improve the environment, use less energy and materials, waste management, etc. as a result, business units can optionally maximize their long-term returns by reducing their negative effects on society. so that today, this thinking is increasingly being formed among business units that their long-term success can be realized through managing the company s operations, while ensuring environmental support and the advancement of the company s social responsibilities. in this research, the impact of sustainable environmental performance on profit sharing strategy was investigated with regard to the role of family ownership in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange during the period of 2006-2016. in terms of classification according to the purpose, this research is an applied research, and in terms of classification based on the method, it is considered a descriptive research, and among the descriptive researches, it is of the correlation type. the statistical sample of the research was selected by the systematic elimination method of 120 companies. the results of the hypothesis test at the five percent error level showed that the sustainable environmental performance has an effect on the profit sharing policy, and family ownership has an impact on the relationship between the sustainable environmental performance and the profit sharing policy.
