جایگاه هدایت و رهبری سرمایه انسانی در توسعه پایدار از منظر قرآن کریم

توسعه پایدار به عوامل و متغیرهای متعددی بستگی دارد . از آن جمله می توان به مولفه های اقتصادی ، مولفه های اجتماعی و مولفه های زیست محیطی اشاره نمود . مولفه های اجتماعی یکی از موثرترین عواملی است که می تواند توسعه پایدار را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد . بهترین عنصر مولفه های اجتماعی ، سرمایه انسانی است . هدایت و رهبری این عنصر می تواند دستیابی به توسعه پایدار را محقق و یا غیر ممکن نماید . هدف : هدف از این پژوهش ، بررسی نقش هدایت و رهبری سرمایه انسانی در توسعه پایدار در پرتو استعاره نور و با استفاده از آموزه های قرآن کریم بود . روش : در این مقاله از روش تحقیق موضوعی در قرآن کریم که روشی است تدبر محور استفاده شد. یافته ها : ویژگی هایی برای هدایت و رهبری سرمایه انیانی احصاء شده که برخی از آنها با نتایج سایر تحقیقات مشترک بوده و در بسیاری دیگر نیز تفاوت های اساسی وجود دارد .
