مروری بر نقش دولت در تثبیت و تقویت سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در اوراق بهادار

در این تحقیق به مرور ادبیات موجود در امر سرمایه‌گذاری به عنوان یکی از مهمترین شاخص‌های توسعه پرداختیم. انواع روش‌های سرمایه‌گذاری مورد بحث قرار گرفت که یافته‌ها نشان از وجود سه شیوه عمده در تامین مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری بر طرح‌های اقتصادی یافت شد. این روش‌ها به تامین مالی مستقیم، غیرمستقیم و نیمه مستقیم، تقسیم شده که در این پژوهش به بررسی نقش دولت روش سوم تامین مالی پرداخته شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی به دو دیدگاه کاملا متفاوت را از نقش سرمایه‌گذاری‌های دولت بر رونق بازارهای مالی و سرمایه‌‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در اوراق بهادار منجر شد. در دیدگاه اول سرمایه‌گذاری‌های عمرانی دولت در ایجاد زیرساخت‌ها، به عبارتی گسترش سرمایه‌گذاری دولت در بخش آموزش و بهداشت نشان از کسری تراز بودجه و در نهایت منجر به کاهش سرمایه‌گذاری های بخش خصوصی شده و در دیدگام دوم برعکس، اینگونه سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها منجر به خوش بینی نسبت به رشد و پویایی اقتصاد شده است و در نهایت سرمایه‌گذاری بیشتر بخش خصوصی را به ارمغان آورده است.

a review of the government's role in stabilizing and strengthening private sector investment in stock market

in this study, we conducted a comprehensive review of the existing literature on investment as a critical indicator of economic development. we discussed various methods of financing and investing in economic projects, and our findings revealed three primary methods: direct financing, indirect financing, and semi-direct financing. our research focused on examining the role of the government in semi-direct financing. our survey results produced two divergent viewpoints regarding the impact of government investments on financial markets and private sector investment in securities. one perspective suggests that government investments in infrastructure, such as education and healthcare, have led to a decline in private sector investments. conversely, the other perspective holds that such investments have created a positive outlook on the economy s growth and vitality, encouraging more private sector investment.
