تاثیرات کیفیت گزارشات حسابرسی بر سود و زیان شرکت‌های بیمه

صنعت بیمه به عنوان یکی از اضلاع مثلث اقتصادی کشور نقش مهمی در تامین امنیت بخش های اقتصادی کشور و آحاد مختلف جامعه دارد. از این رو میزان وجود منابع کافی برای ایفای درست تعهدات خود یکی از مهم ترین مسائل هر شرکت بیمه است. در قوانین موجود، نظارت بر این موضوع بر عهده حسابرسان مستقل دارای مجوز از سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار و بیمه مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار داده شده است. بر همین اساس کیفیت گزارشات حسابرسان نقش زیادی در میزان شفافیت شرکت های بیمه برای ایفای درست تعهداتشان دارد. در این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیرات کیفیت گزارشات حسابرسی بر سود و زیان شرکت‌های بیمه پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه شرکت‌های بیمه پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال های 1390 تا 1399 بوده است. همچنین از یک مدل رگرسیونی ساده برای یافتن ارتباط بین متغییرهای مساله استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه ها نشان داد که بین سهم بازار شرکت حسابرسی و سود و زیان شرکت بیمه ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و بین بندهای حسابرسی و سود و زیان شرکت بیمه ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد اما بین عمر شرکت حسابرسی بر سود و زیان شرکت بیمه ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود ندارد.

as one of the sides of the country s economic triangle, the insurance industry plays an important role in ensuring the security of the country s economic sectors and various members of the society. therefore, the availability of sufficient resources to properly fulfill its obligations is one of the most important issues of any insurance company. in the existing laws, the supervision of this matter is entrusted to independent auditors licensed by the central insurance and securities exchange organization of the islamic republic of iran. accordingly, the quality of auditors reports plays a large role in the transparency of insurance companies to fulfill their obligations. in this research, the effects of the quality of audit reports on the profit and loss of insurance companies have been investigated. the statistical population included all the insurance companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange between 2010 and 2019. active in the tehran stock exchange. also, a simple regression model has been used to find the relationship between the variables of the problem. the results of the hypothesis test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the audit company s market share and the insurance company s profit and loss, and there is a positive and significant relationship between the audit clauses and the insurance company s profit and loss, but between the audit company s life on the profit and there is no positive and meaningful relationship with the loss of the insurance company.
