ارائه الگوی توسعه کارآفرینی با رویکرد نهادی در حوزه سلامت ایران

تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی توسعه کارآفرینی با رویکرد نهادی در حوزه سلامت ایران می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و رویکرد کاربردی دارد و روش تحقیق آمیخته و از روش تحلیل محتوا می باشد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل اساتید و خبرگان در حوزه توسعه کارآفرینی در ایران می باشند و روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق از نوع روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی می باشد، بدین صورت که جمع آوری داده تا رسیدن به نقطه اشباع ادامه پیدا کرد که تعداد آن 18 نفر می باشند و همچنین جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل کارکنان در حوزه سلامت در ایران می باشند و روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق از نوع تصادفی ساده می باشد که تعداد حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 313 نفر می باشد. روش و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی بصورت مصاحبه نیمه ساختار و در بخش کمی بصورت پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ و دﺳﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﻣﺬﮐﻮر از روشﻫﺎی آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. روشﻫﺎی آﻣﺎری ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ دادهﻫﺎ روش ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎ ﯾﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ که با استفاده از نرم افزار smart pls مورد استفاده قرار گرفت، در نهایت مدل تحقیق سنجش و برازش قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که معیارهای نهایی، تعداد 8 مقوله اصلی و 40 مقوله فرعی حاصل گردید. مقوله‌های اصلی احصاء شده عبارتند از؛ نگرش کارآفرینی، مدیریت کارآفرینی، زیرساخت‌‌های کارآفرینی سازمان، استقرار فرهنگ کارآفرینی در سازمان، مدیریت عملکرد کارآفرینی، پشتیبانی حاکمیت، چشم انداز کارآفرینی و تفکر استراتژیک کارآفرینی است. در نهایت برازش مدل بیرونی تایید شد.

presenting the entrepreneurial development model with an institutional approach in iran's health sector

the purpose of this research is to provide a model of entrepreneurship development with an institutional approach in iran s health sector. the current research has a fundamental purpose and a practical approach, and the research method is mixed and content analysis method. the statistical population of the qualitative section includes professors and experts in the field of entrepreneurship development in iran, and the sampling method in this research is a snowball sampling method, so that the data collection continued until reaching the saturation point, where the number there are 18 people and also the statistical population in the quantitative part includes employees in the field of health in iranand the sampling method in this research is of simple random type, and the sample size is 313 people based on morgan s table. the method and tools of data collection in the qualitative part are semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part are researcher-made questionnaires. in this research, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data and achieve the aforementioned goals. statistical methods for analyzing and analyzing the information in the data set is factor analysis or factor analysis, which was used using smart pls software, and finally the research model was measured and fitted.the results of the research showed that the final criteria, the number of 8 main categories and 40 subcategories were obtained. the main categories counted are; entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial management, entrepreneurial infrastructure of the organization, establishment of entrepreneurial culture in the organization, entrepreneurial performance management, governance support, entrepreneurial perspective and entrepreneurial strategic thinking. finally, the fit of the external model was confirmed.
