تاثیر قدرت مدیران برمدیریت ریسک شرکت: با نقش تعدیلی ارتباط سیاسی مدیرعامل

مدیران ارشد شرکت‌ها، به‌عنوان سکان‌داران اصلی هدایت و راهبری شرکت‌ها، بر تصمیمات استراتژیک شرکت تاثیر قابل‌توجهی دارند. مدیران در شرکت ها، صاحبان قدرت و تنظیم کننده گان خط مشی می باشند از طرفی با توجه به اهمیت اجرای اثربخش مدیریت ریسک در رشد و بقای نهادهای مالی در محیط اقتصادی کشور، پژوهش حاضربه بررسی تاثیر قدرت مدیران عامل بر مدیریت ریسک شرکت با توجه به نقش تعدیلگری ارتباط سیاسی مدیر عامل پرداخته و برای این منظور داده های مربوط به 104 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال های 1393 الی 1399 با به کارگیری رگرسیون چند متغیره مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. یافته های حاصل از آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش نشان داد که بین قدرت مدیر عامل و مدیریت ریسک شرکت ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و ارتباط سیاسی مدیرعامل رابطه بین قدرت مدیرعامل و مدیریت ریسک شرکت را تعدیل منفی می کند.

the effect of managers' power on corporate risk management: with the moderating role of the ceo's political connection

senior managers of companies, as the main helmsmen of companies, have a significant influence on the company s strategic decisions. managers in companies are the owners of power and policy regulators. on the other hand, considering the importance of effective implementation of risk management in the growth and survival of financial institutions in the country s economic environment, the present study examines the effect of the power of ceos on the company s risk management. the moderating role of the ceo s political connection was discussed, and for this purpose, data related to 104 companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange during the years 2013 to 2016 were analyzed using multivariate regression. the findings of the research hypotheses test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the ceo s power and the company s risk management, and the ceo s political connection negatively moderates the relationship between the ceo s power and the company s risk management.
