زمینه یابی کارآفرینی های فردی کارکنان و تاثیر آن بر جذب منابع مالی (مطالعه موردی بانک انصار استان مازندران)

در تحقیق حاضر به زمینه یابی کارآفرینی‌های فردی کارکنان و تاثیر آن بر جذب منابع مالی(مطالعه موردی بانک انصار استان مازندران) پرداخته شده است. کلیه مدیران و کارکنان بانک انصار استان مازندران در حوزه سرپرستی و شعبات که جمعا 152 نفر می‌باشند. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده تعدادی نمونه انتخاب می‌شود حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی ومورگان انجام شده است. که با توجه به تعداد جامعه، تعداد نمونه برابر با 108 n=نفر محاسبه شده است. با توجه به اینکه در بسیاری از مواقع پرسشنامه ارسالی بازگشت داده نمی شوندو آمار مورد نظر را با مشکل مواجهه می‌نمایند،لذا در این تحقیق برای پوشش این خطای تحقیق تعداد 115پرسشنامه پخش شد که تعداد110عدد از آنها برگشت داده شد و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. توصیف داده و تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و آزمون کولموگراف اسمیرنف و آزمون t تک گروهی و همبستگی و اندازه گیری مکرر برای اثبات فرضیه‌های تحقیق استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد وضعیت زمینه‌های کارافرینی‌های فردی در بانک انصار مطلوب است.همچنین مولفه‌های کارآفرینی فردی به جز خطرپذیری و تحمل ابهام وضعیت مطلوب در بانک انصار دارند.وضعیت زمینه‌های کارافرینی‌های فردی در بانک انصار که موجب جذب منابع مالی بانک انصار می‌گردد مطلوب است.مطابق با نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر بیشترین رتبه به مولفه چالش طلبی و کمترین رتبه به مولفه تحمل ابهام اختصاص داده شده است.

finding the context of individual entrepreneurship of employees and its effect on the attraction of financial resources (case study of bank ansar, mazandaran province)
