بررسی تاثیر استفاده از سیستم های خبره مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی بر عملکرد مدیران و حسابداران

یکی از شاخه های علوم کامپیوتر استفاده، هوش مصنوعی می باشد که امروزه این شاخه وارد علوم مختلفی اعم از رشته حسابداری هم شده است. استفاده از نرم افزارهایی که با هوش مصنوعی کار می کنند ، مزایای زیادی برای حسابداران دارد. در این پژوهش به تاثیر سیستم های خبره در کارایی بهتر رشته حسابداری پرداخته است. این پژوهش به روش پیمایشی صورت گرفته است. نمونه آماری بصورت تصادفی از بین مدیران و حسابداران شرکت های بازرگانی شهر اصفهان تعداد 80 نفر انتخاب گردید. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که روایی آن از طریق روایی محتوا و پایایی آن توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که سیستم های خبره در عملکرد حسابداران مدیران تاثیر مستقیم داشته و دقت و کارایی مجموعه را افزایش می دهد.

investigating the impact of using expert systems based on artificial intelligence on the performance of managers and accountants

one of the branches of applied computer science is artificial intelligence, which today has entered various sciences, including the field of accounting. using software that works with artificial intelligence has many advantages for accountants. in this research, the impact of expert systems on the better efficiency of the accounting field has been studied. this research has been done by survey method. the statistical sample was randomly selected from among managers and accountants of trading companies in isfahan, 80 people. the data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity was used through content validity and reliability through cronbach s alpha coefficient. the results indicated that expert systems have a direct impact on the performance of managers accountants and increase the accuracy and efficiency of the collection.
