چکیده
|
In this paper, we present results on a weighted fractional entropy. ourresults include linear transformation, bounds, stochastic ordering, and some relationshipswith other reliability concepts. we also define the conditional weighted fractionalentropy. finally, we study on the empirical measure of this concept in evaluation ofmri scans for brain cancer.
