fuzzy logistic regression in levofloxacin mic breakpoints in clinicalacinetobacter baumannii isolates

Recent studies have shown that levofloxacin may have a unique activityagainst multidrug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii in combination with colistin,whereby preclinical studies become required. various tests are used to detect bacterialantibiotic resistance. each test according to its standard indicates whether amicro-organism is susceptible, intermediate, or resistant against anti-bacterial agents.however, in some cases, we cannot definitely determine the susceptibility of bacteriato drugs. in this study, a fuzzy approach was used to analyze the results of antimicrobialsusceptibility test and the risk factors influencing antimicrobial resistance tolevofloxacin.
