semiparametric constant stress accelerated life tests with progressivetype-ii censoring

This paper considers constant stress accelerated life test and proposes semiparametricmodeling for relating lifetime characteristic and accelerated stresses. basedon a progressive type-ii censoring scheme, a maximum penalized likelihood estimationmethod is used for estimating the model parameters. a simulation study and a realdata set analysis are carried out to demonstrate the performance of the proposed model.
