تاثیر اپیدمی کرونا بر آمارهای جریان نیروی کار ایران

ویروس بدون مرز کرونا بر اقتصاد کل دنیا تاثیر معنی داری داشته است، ایران نیز از آسیب های این ویروسمستثنی نیست. با شروع همه گیری طیف وسیعی از شغل ها دچار اختلال شده اند، بنابراین علاوه بر نیروی جوان ورودیبه بازار کار، سیل عظیم افرادی که کار خود را از دست داده اند نیز مشکل مضاعف مدیران هستند. یکی از آمارهاییکه می تواند در بحث اقتصادی، تاثیر این ویروس را نشان دهد آمار جریان است. در این مقاله آمار جریان نیروی کارقبل از کرونا و بعد از آن را محاسبه کرده و تاثیر این بیماری بر این آمارها نشان داده شده است.

coronavirus, which has crossed all borders, has had a significant impact on theworld economy, iran is no exception to this. with the onset of the epidemic, a wide range ofjobs has been disrupted. so, in addition to the young labor force entering the labor market,the huge numbers of people who have lost their jobs have become a problem for managers.one of the tools that can show the impact of this virus on the economy is the flow statistics.in this paper, flow labor statistics are calculated for before and after the pandemic and theimpact of this disease on these statistics is investigated.
