پیش بینی طول مدت اقامت در بیمارستان بیماران مشکوک به سکته مغزی منتقل شده با اورژانس با استفادهاز داده کاوی

طول مدت اقامت شاخصی از بهره وری بیمارستان است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف پیش بینی طول مدت اقامتدر بیمارستان و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آن برای بیماران مشکوک به سکته مغزی انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه کوهورتتاریخی، اطلاعات اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی با اطلاعات ثبت شده در بیمارستان قائم (عج) مشهد در سال 1397ادغام و از دو الگوریتم رایج برای رده بندی بیماران استفاده و عوامل مرتبط به ترتیب اهمیت اولویت بندی گردیدند.با knn درخت تصمیم به عنوان الگوریتم بهتر انتخاب گردید. در ،weka براساس نتایج حاصل از نرم افزار 3.8.5ویژگی و دقت، کاهش اما حساسیت اندکی افزایش داشت. از بین عوامل مورد بررسی در این مطالعه سطح k افزایشبستری، سن، فشار خون و زمان رسیدن به اورژانس به عنوان مهم ترین و جنسیت به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین متغیر درپیش بینی شناخته شدند.

predicting the length of hospital stay of suspected stroke patientstransferred by ems using data mining

length of hospital stay is an index of hospital productivity. this study predictedthe los and identified the factors affecting it for suspected stroke patients transferred byems. the pre-hospital emergency data were integrated with his data in the ghaem hospitaland two algorithms were used to classify patients and identify the related factors. weka3.8.5software was used and the decision tree algorithm was selected as the better one. in the knnalgorithm, the specificity and accuracy decreased due to increasing k, but the sensitivity increasedslightly. hospitalization level, age, htn and time to arrival were identified as themost important and gender as the least important variables.
