چکیده
|
خشکسالی حاصل یکدوره ممتد کمبود بارشاست و تحلیل آن با هدف کاهشخسارات ناشی از خشکسالیبه محیط زیست و مردم منطقه و استفاده در سیستم های برنامه ریزی و مدیریت منابع آب انجام می شود. مشخصه هایقابل استخراج هستند و (spei) شدت و مدت خشکسالی براساس شاخص بارش‑ تبخیر و تعرق استاندارد شدهتوابع مفصل برای تحلیل توام این مشخصه های وابسته مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. هدف این مقاله استفاده از توابعمفصل دومتغیره برای ساخت توزیع توام مشخصه های شدت و مدت خشکسالی و پیش بینی احتمال وقوع و دورهبازگشت توام خشکسالی است.

Abstract
|
drought is the result of a continuous period of lack of rainfall and its analysis isdone with the aim of reducing the damage caused by drought to the environment and the peopleof the region and its use in planning systems and water resources management. droughtseverity and duration characteristics can be extracted based on the standardized precipitationevapotranspirationindex (spei) and copula functions are used to analyze these dependentcharacteristics. the purpose of this paper is to use bivariate joint functions to construct aco-distribution of drought severity and duration characteristics and to predict the probabilityof occurrence and return periods of drought.
