چکیده

For each teacher facilitating the process of learning is an important matter. reducing anxiety in classes is a main factor that can lead to better learning, and music is proved to be able to reduce it. applying art and music in class can work as a facilitator to enhance learning. this workshop is trying to utilize music and art in young efl learners’ language classes. the main purpose of this workshop is to familiarize and encourage tefl teachers to put songs in their teaching schedules. it also aims to provide opportunities for tefl teachers to write songs which are compatible with their teaching materials. moreover, teachers were guided how to choose the words and how to rhyme. to this purpose the participants in the workshop will be asked to write a rhythmic simple poem compatible to a specific grammatical or conversational point. moreover, they will be asked to choose a melody and adapt it to their songs. how to use drawing during teaching is also the subject of this workshop. this workshop will reveal that writing and performing songs can easily be applicable to different language classes, it can enhance learning by reducing learners’ anxiety and adding more amusement to language classes.
